Your vacation will be a breeze in this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, renovated townhouse style villa.
As you enter the property you will immediately notice the renovated kitchen with granite countertops and new cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking essentials.
Past the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6 and the living room which includes a flat screen HDTV with HD and DVR. Sliding glass doors will take you out to the shaded deck featuring a gas grill and a landscaped golf view.
Up the stairs is the main bedroom with a king bed and private bath as well as the guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and also a private bath. Bedrooms are both equipped with flat screen HDTV's. Both bathrooms have been recently updated granite countertops, new vanities, ceramic tile and all new light fixtures.
The Greens area of Shipyard features spacious townhomes with golf views, a short .5 walk/bike ride to the beach, and a newly renovated private on-site pool.
Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max.

When we arrived, the dryer appeared to be broken. Things like this happen and I'm not complaining about the issue but rather the communication with the rental company. I initially reported the issue at 6 pm on the day of the arrival via text (I responded to their text message). Isn't another text a few hours later when I had no response. They responded via text at 9 am the next morning, indicating that they would look at the issue. At 3 pm, I called for the first time for an update and was on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back immediately. I was then transferred a couple of times and then given an update that the dryer would likely not be fixed that weekend. I never heard from the company again the remainder of the weekend. Communication was poor. The condo itself was nicely appointed and typical for most of the places I've rented in the Greens. I would rent the condo again although I will likely looking for one run by a different company.
The location and proximity to the beach was perfect! The unit we stayed in was clean enough and comfortable but the decor could use some updating. The patio seating was not comfortable and needed to be cleaned.
We loved the layout of the condo and it’s the closest to the pool! The condo was clean and everything worked as it should! Shipyard is a great area in Hilton Head! Great bike paths and close to everything!
