Instead of dealing with a large resort with thousands of guests you will have your own private home with a private parking area, private pool with large patio, outdoor shower, hammock area, seating and tables for outdoor entertaining, fenced in yard, and all the amenities of home including washer and dryer! There’s a grill by the pool in case you want to cook some burgers, steaks, or locally caught seafood.

Outdoor Amenities:

- Under one minute (45 seconds) walk to beach access
- Private (non-crowded) beach. South Forest Beach
- Under one mile to Coligny Plaza shops and restaurants
- Bike path extends all the way to Coligny Plaza
