Step outside to enjoy the sparkling new pool — perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach — or sharpen your short game on the private putting green right in the backyard.

Pets are allowed. (limit 40lb) There is a $300.00 non refundable pet fee for one dog.

• Private *Heated Pool and Spa * ( 11' x 20' ). This pool has an electric heat pump. *The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $300 per week from March through November. The Spa can be heated separately for $225 per week. Please note that the electric heat pump only allows the pool to heat to “approximately” 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
