Imagine staying on your own private island!! It’s private and affordable!! Bring your own boat or we will get you there and back for no extra charge!! It’s a vacation of a lifetime!! We are featured on Netflix Island Getaways!

Old House Cay is unlike any place you've stayed before. This unique property is a series of Private Islands that boast all the comforts of home, including a totally off-grid home, built in 2010. You can bring your own boat and keep it at our private dock.



Accessible only by boat (we'll take you there and back on our boat), it's a truly private and quintessential Lowcountry South Carolina property. Enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, or lounging around with a book, a cocktail, or your friends. Although you're only 10 minutes from Hilton Head Island, you'll feel miles away.

Amazing!!

Old House Cay is one of the most unique places I have ever stayed and with this being our 4th time, we love it!! Can’t wait for next year!
