Inside, you'll find updated features including five Smart TVs, Bluetooth stereo, and a sunlit living room that opens to the private pool deck—perfect for effortless indoor-outdoor living. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, offering easy access and a restful retreat after a day of exploring. Step outside to enjoy your own backyard oasis with a private pool, multiple balconies, and serene lagoon views—ideal for grilling, swimming, or relaxing at sunset.
To help you make the most of your time outdoors, the home includes four adult bikes—provided by South Beach Bike Rentals—and four backpack beach chairs. Cruise the shaded bike paths, stroll to the beach, or hop on the Sea Pines Trolley to explore all the best of the resort. Enjoy horseback rides at Lawton Stables, shop and dine in Harbour Town, climb the iconic lighthouse, or unwind at the Sea Pines Beach Club (seasonal access from Labor Day to Memorial Day).
