Up one flight of stairs and you walk into the lovely and bright villa. The open living room with large Smart TV and comfy couches is the perfect place to take a break from the midday heat or cuddle up for a movie night with popcorn. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all you need to get your chef on and enjoy it at the dining room table for 6. Better yet, take that meal outside on the large sunlit patio that also has a space for the whole family! This home also features a Keurig coffee machine for those morning coffee lovers!

Both bedrooms and the laundry are located down the hallway from the kitchen. The primary suite has a king bed, Smart TV and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
