Our room was great. Beautiful view of the ocean. The check in process was awesome cause there really wasn’t one. Everything’s in your room when you get there. Loved the location to Coligny Beach Park also. I would definitely go back again. Thanks for a great week!!

Condo was great and as-advertised. Value add for having legit nice beach chairs (back-pack strap style) and 4 bikes. Easy walk to Coligny Square where we got ice cream and slushies after hot day at the beach & pool. Loved the tall patio chairs to see over the rail and look at the ocean. Definitely coming back and recommend to others.

We love Shorewood!!! This condo has a great view! The only problem we had was the elevator broke on our last night and we had to carry everything down four flights. It was rough!

This condo is wonderfully cared for, decorated beautifully, and located in such a prime location just a few minutes walk to Coligny. We loved drinking our coffee and having breakfast while enjoying the sun come up over the ocean. Island Rentals does a great job with your overall experience and cleanliness of the property. Highly recommend this unit and their rental agency.

Summer vacation

The condo needs some attention, especially the bathrooms and bedrooms. Showers and tub surrounds need replaced. Twin bed was uncomfortable, needs more pillows in the master bedroom, and attention to the bedding. Great location on the island and within the complex. The biggest PRO is providing beach chairs and bicycles. It would be nice if beach towels were provided too.

A Bit Tired

An older condo that needs an update, from toilets that wouldn’t flush to showers that you couldn’t turn the cold water on. Hot tub in the complex features jets that don’t push any water. They do their best to keep everything clean and looking good, it’s just old. Loved the location and being steps from the beach

Suggestions to enhance next persons stay: Screen on door to deck does not work Kitchen needs some extra items (low on silverware, wine opener needs replace, frying pans choices Toilets plumbing needs to be checked/updated. Mattress pad needed on back room Amenities/ towels, bedding need some updating (stains, mattress pad on master over waterproof one Placemats Cleaners were waiting at 9am so we rushed to check out View, location beautiful Just need to upgrade a few items to make it worth the $$. Thank you

Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Cons: The cold water faucet did not work in the Master bath shower. (rather annoying when you epect to have 2 showers.) We did call about it twice but no one came to fix it. The beds are not comfortable, sheets do not stay on and the sofa needs updating. There was some construction going on above us but we were typically gone during the day so it didn't bother us.

Nice Property in Great Location

This is a nice property. We have stayed in other Shorewood condos (It's our favorite community) and this was not as nice as those. But, more than acceptable. You can't beat the location and the view, while not as nice as being right on the beach, was very nice. We stayed for two weeks. The place was very clean, very comfortable. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have had in a rental. All the furniture was in good shape and comfortable. Plenty of linens and a generous amount of start up supplies. The beach chairs were so nice to have and the bikes were great! My suggestions would be to give a little attention to the bathrooms. Especially the showers, throw out some cookware that is scratched and replace, add some more flatware. Especially forks. Fix couple of spots on bedroom ceiling. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo.

This year we decided to try South Beach area. The location was awesome with the beach and large pool right there and pool walking distance to the Tiki Bar, restaurants and shops. Great family place on the beach

We had a quick 3 day stay as we’re heading to a further destination. This spot was perfect for our family of four. Two kids who played in the pool and beach all day. Wonderful view. Close to the shops and restaurants. Would stay again!
