✓ This house has parking for 7 vehicles in the driveway.
✓ Tesla J1772 (CCS) Wall Charger unit that is compatible with most North American electric vehicles. A CCS to Tesla adapter is provided at the home for Tesla owners to charge their vehicles as well
✓ Street parking and parking on grass or pine straw are prohibited by the town.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ Pool Heat: November - February: No pool heat, February & March: $350 per week/$50 per day, April - August: No charge for pool heat, September and October: $350 per week/$50 per day
✓ Please let us know so we can prepare pool heat for your arrival
✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
