The villa features two well-appointed bedrooms: the primary suite includes a king bed and a private en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is furnished with both a full bed and a twin bed—ideal for families or groups. Perfect Shipyard location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My multi-generational family enjoys low-key relaxing vacations and this is the perfect villa! In a quiet neighborhood and on the golf course, it had beautiful views and a very cozy environment. The house is comfy, well-equipped, very clean and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer (not mentioned in the list of amenities). Great customer service and communication from rental management. Would highly recommend this villa!
