Summary:

Wonderful 5 bedroom home with a private pool just steps from the beach! Nestled between folly field and islanders beaches, you'll love the location of this gem!



The Space:

Soak up the sun and feel the ocean breeze—it's time for your dream beach getaway!

Can't beat this location! Across the street from Folly Field Beach and ocean. Bring the whole family! Private gated entrance to beach. This home features 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and is perfect for 2 families and up to 10 people to stay. Enjoy the private pool in the backyard and there is lots of room to enjoy your beach vacation. The first floor has a living room, dining, full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and also a laundry room for your convenience. The 2nd level has a living room, dining area, and mini kitchen area. It has a king bed suite with a jet tub, walk-in closet, and separate shower. There is an outside deck area with dining table that overlooks the pool and backyard.

This beach home is close to the Westin Hotel. Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head features over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Some of Hilton Head's favorite waterfront restaurants are a short car ride away.



Pets are allowed on the property; you just need to pay an additional cleaning fee, which is a fee of $300 per pet. We only allow 2 pets and we need a $500 security deposit, which is refundable after your stay if there's no damage in the unit.



Heater Use Policy:

Heater use is available upon request and is subject to an additional fee of $100 per day or $500 per week. Fees apply for the duration the heater is used. Please let us know ahead of time.



Gym is not available on the property.

Prime time location

The location was perfect, and check in was easy. Mary was responsive. The kitchen was tight and the pool deck area could have had a blower for guests to use.

Best time with family and friends!

The space in this beach home is awesome! From 6-70 years old, we all had plenty of room to play or rest or play cards or read! The kitchen was well equipped for family dinners and the pool was great with a lovely shady live oak near by. The beach is a short walk and even on July 4th not too crowded. We have already booked for next year!

Excellent location!

The location of this house is excellent! Less than a 2 min walk just across the street for access path to beach. Very easy walk for all ages to get to the beach. The house was very comfortable for our family of 8 including teens and younger. The kitchen was well stocked and pool was refreshing.

Big house with a great location

This house was a wonderful stay for two different families. Very close to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. The house and pool were very clean and any issues were easily taken care of and were promptly responded to. The owners were very helpful and responded immediately to any request we had and check on us regularly.

Great location with pool

This was a last minute booking for our family of 5. There had been only 1 review previously but turned out to be a great spot for our family. The house - while older - has great space. The pool and natural back yard were the gems of this place. Also the short walk to the much less crowded Folly Fields beach access was so easy.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect with plenty of space and room for 4 adults and 5 kids. The location is very nice and quiet with easy access to a private beach. The back patio and pool was very relaxing after a long day on the beach.

Had a great time in spite of the horrible humidity. I am from NC so I'm used to it.I loved the quiet neighborhood and close walk to the beach. I loved the fenced in pool area and the beautiful old tree in the back yard. I loved that it was pet friendly. The week went by to fast. We will hopefully be coming back to this house.

The property was clean! The description of the walk to the beach was accurate. It was 5 minutes. When we first arrived the pool was not in good condition. However, there had been a storm, and it was ready to go the mext day!! Very pleased with everything.
