  • Welcome to 4 Brown Pelican! This four bedroom, four bathroom home is located 2nd row ocean in Sea Pines and can host a group of up to 10 guests. With the beach path located next to the home, you’ll have your toes in the sand in no time.

    • Distance to Beach: 2nd Row Ocean – Beach Path Off Pool Patio

    • Fully Equipped Kitchen with a Regular Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig + Crockpot

    • Pool/Spa Info: The private pool approximately 20’ x 12 with a depth range of 3’-6’. The spa can be heated year-round for $45/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. The pool can be heated seasonally between Labor Day and Memorial Day for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. If pool heat is added, spa heat is included. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool and/or spa heat for your stay.

We had an amazing stay at this Beautiful home! It’s close to the beach/ocean and South Beach restaurants and shops! The home is also Beautifully decorated with awesome pictures on the walls of nature. The pool and hot tub had warm water. We really enjoyed it here!

We love HHIHouse was great for location, access to beach and pool.House was nice overall, but with it listed as renovated was a little disappointed to have black mold all over the ceiling in the one suite. We made do and enjoyed what we were really there for - the pool, beach, sunshine and family.

My family loved our stay at 4 Brown Pelican. The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the landscaping was beautiful. It was such a short walk to the beach and in a great location overall. We all agreed we want to come back!

Awesome week in South Beach!

The location and amenities of this rental are fabulous- so close to the beach and South Beach Marina, with your own private pool we all enjoyed. The house is comfortable, spacious and well stocked. We would happily stay here again and hope to do so in the future!

This is our third time staying at 4 Brown Pelican and we would love to come back again soon! The home is lovely and so well taken care of. The property is very private but in the perfect location - so close to the beach and the Salty Dog + South Beach pickle ball club! The pool is well maintained and the owner is lovely to work with and very responsive. Loved our stay!

Beautiful home in Sea Pines

This was our second time staying in this lovely place. The well-equipped house is great for hosting family vacations and you can't beat the location. Walking/biking paths are around the corner and the beach is just steps away. One of my favorite things is the screened in porch for breakfast & happy hour. We hope to visit again some day!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at the house and had another great experience. When we ran into problems with the pool heater, everyone was very responsive and the problem was resolved quickly. This visit we got to watch deer walk through the yard multiple evenings.

The perfect multigenerational home

Our family gathered here from both East and West Coast for a weeklong stay, including grandma, four adults, and four kids. The house provided everything needed - well appointed bedroom choices, ample bathrooms, peaceful screened in porch, blasting AC for the steamy June visit, dining seating, all the necessities for making meals, and most importantly - a great pool and easy access to the beach. This was our first visit to Sea Pines but won’t be our last.

Spring Break away from Chicago

Our family spent a much needed week away from Chicago dreary weather over spring break in this fantastic home.Only about a two-minute walk from a pristine, uncrowded beach with the option to just stick around the house in a large heated pool and hot tub.Four, well-appointed bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and two large family rooms… couldn’t have been more comfortable.Owners were very responsive to our questions (we had zero problems during the stay) and even sent us some clothing items we left behind.Our only complaint was that we didn’t have more than one week to stay.

Perfect house in a perfect location.

Our group has always loved South Beach. We stayed in the condos directly across from the Salty Dog for years. However, our kids are outgrowing the space and we wanted a private pool to supplement the beach. This location had everything we needed and we could still easily walk to the beach (50 steps) and walk to get ice cream! Check in process was a breeze and the house was spotless. Highly recommend!
