When you want to venture out a bit, tee off at the Harbour Town Golf Links or check out the local shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza, both within a short walk or drive from your front door. When your return from a packed day, the interior will let you slip right into relaxation mode with beachy decor with fun pops of color throughout. The full kitchen will be calling your name when it is time to whip up a tasty meal, as no recipe will be too complex using the modern appliances and cookware provided. We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The ocean was right off our balcony, and we spent a lot of time out there. We rented bikes, and that was so nice! The villa itself was tasteful, but we didn't much time in it really. Mostly just to sleep. We didn't cook at all, so I assume everything would have worked fine. The manager was prompt in responding to requests. We loved it, and would stay here again.

I think we spent 75% of our time sitting on the balcony watching the beach deer and birds. The condo was very comfortable and bright. We will definitely be renting again.

Loved the view and location!!

It was the perfect location for my husband and I to spend our 25th anniversary. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and the people on the beach. We also had 2 hawks or ospreys visit daily. Lots of nature watching. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect for the two of us. It was nice not worrying about bringing chairs, coolers, or an umbrella for the beach. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

Perfect place for an adventure home base

Love this location and this property really feels like paradise!! Highly recommend for families and those who want beach front and easy logistics for beach fun. Wash station is great and convenient with kids.Wildlife everywhere - saw so much just from the balcony and really made our stay special. The red light on the balcony was a little odd given nobody else had theirs on, but that's minor compared to everything else. Definitely will stay here again.

This villa was perfect for celebrating our 30th Anniversary. The view was fantastic...we enjoyed both the sunrises and sunsets! Everything we needed was within walking distance (via the beautiful beach).

Beautiful beachfront view! The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. Only negative was that the bedroom is far away from the AC unit and can get a little warm at night. Overall though we loved it!

Amazing Ocean View

The property was in a perfect location and had an amazing view of the ocean. It was a short walk to Coligny Plaza with a grocery store and numerous restaurants to chose from. It was just me and my husband so the condo size was perfect for us for a few days. It was also great to have beach chairs, wagon, umbrella all provided for us so we didn't have to purchase or rent.

You stay here to have a beach front view and easy access to the beach. Everything was great. Other reviews complained about the A/C, we had no problems keeping the space cool even with six people. Others must not have done a good job keeping doors closed.

Over 35 years staying at Sea Side Villas

Had difficulty with front door but Meredith was available by phone and immediately gave us guidance. My best friend and I have visited Sea Side Villas for over 35 years. It is an excellent location, reliable, clean and perfect for 2 people and perhaps 1 child- (there are bunk beds in the hall). Very glad ceiling fans are available, especially in the bedroom. Price was great!

Seaside Villas

Pros: the location was ideal; the balcony was wonderful; the grounds and pool were very well-kept; the parking was very convenient and ample; the kitchenette was well stocked; the air conditioning unit in the living room was adequate to cool the entire space. Cons: the bed was very uncomfortable; the bed pillows were ancient, mismatched, and gross; the bedding was low quality and stained; the bed had no headboard thus making it unsuitable for sitting; the sleeper sofa mattress was uncomfortable; the glass shower enclosure appeared to have not been cleaned in months and was thick with soap scum; the furnishings overall were low quality and dated; the bedroom lighting was only two small bedside lamps so overall quite dark even during the day.
