- Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this inviting three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is nestled within the prestigious Sea Pines community and offers a relaxing blend of comfort, space, and Lowcountry charm. Designed for easy coastal living, the home features an open-concept layout with a light-soaked living room, decorative fireplace, and seamless flow into the fully equipped kitchen with an eat-in island and dining table—perfect for gathering after a day on the island. A dedicated laundry room on the main level adds everyday convenience.
The main-level primary suite serves as a private retreat with a King bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub, and a peaceful sunroom ideal for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for family or friends—one with a Queen and Twin bed, and the other with a King bed—sharing a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Step outside to the back deck and cook out on the gas grill, or take advantage of the home’s two-car garage for easy storage. Guests also enjoy access to the neighborhood pool, just a five-minute walk away, along with six complimentary adult bicycles and six backpack beach chairs for effortless days exploring the island. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional fee.
