Family Vacation

This house was exactly as advertised. It was enough room for 9 of us to each have our own space to chill and hang out. We loved having a pool and having a free golf cart take us to the beach was a great added touch. I think the property should get his number for the guests as we had to go out and find him in order to call for a ride to the beach. Overall it was a good stay and we would definitely recommend!

Nice neighborhood, but...

The house is nice for the most part. There is damage to the home not noted on the site.. (holes in the wall behind doors without door stoppers) Theres a broken drawer in the bathroom of an upstairs bedroom. The downstairs that leads to the pool has an awful odor like pets. The trash room was covered with cobwebs. It appears Noone has lived here for some time. Pest control needs to be called for spiders and gnats. Gnats were constantly flying in our faces and over our food. It was very disheartening. The neighborhood is nice and its a short walk to the beach. But the home needs a thorough cleaning and pest control to be called.

Beautiful house. Had everything we needed for a family trip. The separate spaces for master bedrooms and the kids’ room were perfect. Check in was easy. Location was great.

Clean, Beautiful and Safe

My family rented this property for a family reunion. It was perfect! The place was exactly as listed (down to the stuffed animals in the bunk room!) and we all loved our stay. The house was clean, beautiful, stocked very well and had a nice (small) clean pool and was pretty close to the beach! It was a bit of a walk for my elderly parents but there are beach carts available for free that will take you if you ask. Wonderful place! We'll definitely stay here again!

Scott Family Vacation 2024

This was the first year our family rented a vacation home. 9 Henry Lane far exceeded our expectations! Being in one home instead of two condos was exactly what we needed to reconnect and make new, lasting memories. The home was clean, with comfortable beds, and plenty of living space for us to spread out and spend individual and family time. There were a couple things (the dishwasher door not closing / rack broken, washer/dryer needing repair) we called maintenance for and the management company was very responsive; also having the app made check-in and check-out seamless. Thank you for an overall “BEST VACATION EVER” experience🤗

Great location and proximity to beach

House was as great as pictures showed. Walk to the beach was fine in the morning but would have been rough in the heat of the day. Complimentary golf cart shuttle to and from the beach was awesome!

Overall, everything was very nice and anticipated with a vacation rental. The only negative was the shower in the master sweet. There appears to be an issue with getting hot water. It was very touchy and it looks like the hot and cold water may be reversed. i would recommend having a plumber look at this.

Great getaway

Located on a slower part of the island and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves despite the holiday. Really enjoyed the property and didn’t have any issues.

Everyone had a blast!!

Excellent location. Heated pool was great. Plenty of space and bathrooms. The kids’ room is brilliant. Short walk to beach to watch sunrise. I DO NOT recommend riding bikes after dark in Hilton Head because the paths are not at all lit and you will be blinded by car headlights.

Fantastic Group trip with friends!!

This property was perfect for a smaller group of 5, but could EASILY accommodate larger groups! Extra beach towels and chairs available and only a 1/2 mile bike ride to the beach makes it great for quick trips to the beach between afternoon storms. Also with close access to nearby grocery and restaurants, you’ve got everything you need! Can definitely say the kids room and extra large projector is fun for adults too, as our group of five 23-25 yr olds loved it for watching some hockey playoff games! Would absolutely stay here again!

Had a great time, nice location right across the street from preserve with beach access. Renting bicycles for the week was the way to go, put a lot of miles on.

Clean and comfortable house

- Rental management was easy to work with and responsive. - Property was clean although the carpet seemed a little aged but still clean. - Beds were very comfortable and the full size bunkbeds are great for kids of all ages. - Pool could use a cover to help prevent tree debris from covering but overall you can't complain when the heated pool was part of the price. - Place was definitely walkable to the beach. There's not much beach toys but the wagon available was nice. The chairs could of been better.

Fun house, good location, needs some maintenance

The house is spacious with nice outdoor spaces including the patio with grill and the pool. The street is quiet and about a 10 minute walk to Singleton beach. There is also a park within walking distance that has tennis courts and a playground. The owner was very responsive and even sent the pool guy out when I asked about a skimmer for leaves. The house could use some maintenance (fresh paint, fixing broken drawers and blinds), updating and some deep cleaning, but overall was a pleasant stay.

Labor Day Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of property is quite. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach which wasn't bad. Rented the property for whole family to enjoy. We found that the property was not cleaned thoroughly and looked like it needed general maintenance to it. Really think the property needs a good clean and general maintenance done on it. The pool was small and so was the living area, even though pictures made it look bigger. The pool is next to small pond, so we were concerned about mosquitoes. We did rent some bikes which came without issue, even though we ordered them late in the day. It also seemed that the departing procedures where a bit more than other places we have stayed at. It still was a nice getaway with extended family.

Can't beat the location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 1 week in August 2021 and the location was great! It's only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach but we used the free golf cart shuttle which was great! Conner picked us up each time in about 10 minutes and she could fit all 8 of us plus our beach stuff in her little trolley that she pulls behind. Coco's was a great little restaurant right on the beach close by as well which we visited often for drinks and snacks. The pool is definitely small and only about 5 feet deep but the kids still had fun and it maintained a great temperature (we did not heat the pool). There was a wagon, beach umbrella, tons of beach chairs and a few other items in the garage. There were also 3 adults bikes but only 1 was useable after we filled the tires with air. The house was definitely big enough for us (4 adults, 4 kids) and we had room to spare since we didn't use all the bunk beds (there are 2 bunks and they each have a trundle to each 3 beds each!). The location is also very close to everything you need! Whole Foods, mini golf, small shops, were all a 3 minute drive and the Walmart is only 7 minutes. We've stayed in the Sea Pines before and it was always a 20 minute drive just to get anywhere! So this was great! We'd definitely stay here again! Thanks! P.S. Go to Harold's Diner on the corner for breakfast, fun experience and great food!

Great Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very clean and updated. The kitchen had enough bowls, plates, silverware etc. that you do not need to take any with you. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every morning with our coffee and sippee cups and just hanging out. The kids loved the bunk beds and the second day we were there we discovered that there were two more twin beds under the bunk beds so of course the kids had to try them out. The ocean wasn’t as close as we would have like however the shuttle was right next door to us so it was very convenient and the drivers were very nice. We would definitely come back here to stay!
