- Beachwalk 210 is well decorated and renovated with everything you will need while on vacation. The main living room has a 60 inch TV. The large deck has been renovated with composite Trex material for easy care and use. Shipyard Plantation is a quiet gated community perfect for those looking to rest and relax. Shipyard is the best spot for those who like to walk to the beach, bike on the many secluded & shaded bike paths, play tennis at the Shipyard Racquet Club, or Golf at the only 3 nine hole courses on the island within minutes from the condo. Located across the street from Beachwalk is the Sonesta Resort, which you can walk to the outdoor bar and restaurants. King in BR1, Queen in BR2, 2 Doubles in BR3, Queen Sofa bed.
