Great Place

My family and I had a great time in Hilton Head. This property was clean, cute, and very fitting for thr 5 of us and our two dogs. Close to everything, especially the beach. Would highly recommend.

An excellent spot for our family

My family has been staying in Queens Grant for over a decade and have moved around villas as our kids got older. We took this trip with our 4 teens and it was perfect. The cleanliness, the check-in process, the responsiveness of the host, the upgrades around the villa... we will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at this home, and it did not disappoint. The large deck with a semi-privacy hedge is especially wonderful. New appliances. Very quiet. Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Amazing bike and walking paths. Thank you!

Nice stay !

4 of us wanted to check out Hilton Head Island. We selected this villa because we needed walk in accessibility. We also selected based on previous good reviews and concur, nice place to visit. Clean - very ample space on main floor and villa is located in private community within a convenient location in HHI. (The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, very spacious) Host was very responsive to questions before booking - provided thorough details of the trip. We would return to this villa.

We had a fantastic stay here! The home is very comfortable and really well stocked with everything you need for a cozy beach trip. The beds were all comfortable and everything went so smoothly our entire stay. Easy walk to the beach even with 2 small children. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous Queens Grant Condo!!

This is our second time at this property and we will do it again!!!! It has a great layout for our family. It is close to everything. It is Extremely Clean!! We love the whole neighborhood at Queen’s Grant!

Great place and convenient location!

The rental has generally all the needed items for your stay and it is well maintained. It’s been owner updated and a fully furnished Kitchen. All in all we would stay here again.

Wonderful!

This is a great property, and we will rent it again! This is our second time staying in Queen’s Grant, first time in this home. Host was extremely responsive both pre-booking and during. Home is spacious. Well-equipped kitchen. Great deck which is bordered by tall shrubs which afford privacy even though on bike/walking path and across from other cottages. Beautiful walk to beach (about 10 min). We aren’t TV people, but huge TV in living room and TVs in bedrooms. We love Queen’s Grant - very quiet and secluded but easy to get to grocery stores and beach. Thank you!

Clean, Spacious and Convenient to everything!

The pictures don't do it justice b/c the unit is huge! It was a perfect layout for kids and in-law's. We had plenty of towels and had no problem cooking several meals in the unit. The smart tv's and internet made it easy for us to entertain the children during the down time. Walking the dogs in the area was easy, plenty of places to roam, or just head out to the beach. The location is perfect for a someone looking to enjoy the bicycle trails, beach and restaurants. The bicycle rental and convenience store was a great place to get ice cream and wined down. The proximity to the Kroger grocery store was very convenient. Veronica was an amazing host. I received extremely quick responses whenever I sent a message. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Family vacation

We loved the villa- it was spacious, clean, and updated. The location was great and a short bike ride and walk to the beach. Didn’t need the Dunes Buggy all trip!

Super Accommodations!

Queens Grant villas are traditionally much more roomy than other villas in Palmetto Dunes. All the rooms in this unit were spacious and furnished nicely. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the back deck had good-quality outdoor seating. The home was sparkling clean upon check-in. We will rent here again!

Lots of room

This villa has a big living room and large bedrooms. Plenty of space. Fridge, washer and dryer new. Owner responds quickly to any problem. The outside deck is nice. Good grill.
