Updated villa with soft paint colors and cozy, beachy décor located in exclusive Hilton Head Resort. Nestled between Folly Inlet and Palmetto Dunes, our semi-private beach is never crowded. Located in Building II, the most quiet building, villa boasts both lagoon and marsh views which can be seen from private balcony.

Villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with all the luxuries of home. Well-equipped kitchen comes fully stocked with coffee maker and grinder, toaster, crock pot, blender, pots and pans, plates and utensils, and more! Villa includes Wi-Fi and 3 flat screen televisions all with cable, as well as DVDs and games for your enjoyment.

Master bedroom welcomes the warmth of the sunrise and features a queen bed and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom faces a quiet courtyard and can sleep four with twin-on-twin bunk beds as well as a full bed with new memory foam mattress. Deluxe cot provided for your convenience if extra sleeping is needed.

Beach is just a short 400 yard/ 7-8 minute walk over a thriving saltwater marsh on the resort's private boardwalk. Shuttle service to and from the beach is available seasonally.

A pair of backpack beach chairs are provided for your use as well as a deluxe beach wagon for ease of hauling gear to and from the beach. For the kiddos we have pool noodles, boogie boards, and a basket full of beach toys, buckets, and shovels.

Resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness center, 6 lighted tennis courts, on-site store and deli, as well as 24-hour gated security. Resort also has private access to Coco's on the Beach, a relaxing, seasonal beachfront bar and grill with sand volleyball.

Villa is NON-SMOKING.

Bed linens, bath towels, and a STARTER SUPPLY of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap are included. Guests will need to provide their own beach towels, toiletries, and cooking supplies such as cooking spray and seasonings.

Perfect family vacation

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) had a wonderful stay! The condo was in a great location, was well stocked to prepare meals, the beds and furniture were also in great condition. The wagon and chairs for the beach were a nice touch and we all enjoyed the outdoor pool and tennis/pickleball courts. It rained a lot during our stay so the teens also enjoyed hanging out at the indoor pool. We would definitely stay here again.

2025 Hilton Head Trip

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay! We’ve stayed in this complex before (building 4) it’s a great location and short walk to the beach. This condo is great, perfect for 5 people, stocked with the perfect items for the beach! Building 2 where this condo is, is preferred over building 4 in our opinion! Right between the indoor and outdoor pools so a perfect walking distance.

Perfect Kid-Friendly Vacay Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were extremely grateful to have access to the beach wagon, boogie board and other kid-friendly items. My daughter was ecstatic to sleep in a bunk bed for the first time. The villa was the perfect distance from the beach. We accessed the pool and restaurants on the property as well. I would highly recommend and will be back again.

Fun time

The place was nicely updated and clean. A little tight for 6 people, but more so if more than 2 adults. My only “complaint” would be there is no dresser in the second bedroom so it was hard living out of suitcases. The area is nice, and everything we needed was here or close by. The main pool was fun and has a restaurant/bar with really good food and drinks. The owners were amazing and quick to respond. They really made our time here the best it could be! The walk to the beach isn’t a bad walk. We had a good week!

Perfect for family

Booked very last minute for a one night stay to break up a long road trip. Communication was so great with the owners and the unit is exactly what we needed and expected. Great for our family of 5 - the bunk room couldn’t have met our needs more! The onsite pool is great and the little bar/restaurant out there was perfect for lunch. The walk to the beach down the boardwalk is a little bit of a hike with young kids, but we happened to luck out by catching the golf cart shuttle on our way down! It was a quick trip so we didn’t need to use much of what the unit had to offer, but it seemed to be stocked with everything you could need for a stay. Thanks for accommodating us so last minute!

Comfortable! Nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen! Welcoming wine & sparkly water a big treat! Beach supplies if needed. Deck overlooking lagoon. Very clean! Bed comfy. Scenic 1/2 mile boardwalk hike to ocean. Friendly folks at gate. Only downside was that dishwasher was not securely installed, so we did not use as the frame came apart when opening. Owners are aware and I imagine it will get fixed. We had a great month!

Disclaimer: This is a biased review. My family has been staying at the Hilton Head Resort at different units for years. It’s a great location for beach access. Beach is less crowded and private compared to other areas. This unit in particular was well maintained, clean and a great view of the golf course, marsh and sunrise.

We enjoyed the area, the only thing is the description says short walk to the beach. It's quite a walk on the boardwalk, but they do have shuttles every few minutes. Other than that, it was a perfect place to stay!

The condo was perfect. The location was fantastic, just close walk across the board walk to the beach. What was most impressive was the fact it was stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. So many VRBOs have minimal items but this unit had everything we needed it seemed! Thank you for allowing us a great moms & sons getaway!

We loved this place! Our 11 year old son couldn’t say enough great things about this condo upon our arrival. It was a great place for our family of 6 to comfortably stay. The outdoor pool with the bar & grill were great as well!

Pleasant stay right on the beach

The property was as described in the listing. It was nice having everything you need for the beach. Only thing missing was a beach umbrella. The condo was very clean and ac worked great. The host were very responsive when I sent a question about a remote for the cable box. Both of them responded within minutes. The living room has a nice smart tv. The only thing I would suggest is having smart tvs in the bedrooms.

Family Vacation

This property was exactly what I expected based on their listing. Was a great two bedroom place for my family of 6. It had everything we needed from a full kitchen, two bathrooms, beach toys, a patio and just a short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again. Our first time to Hilton Head and it for sure will not be our last!

Tough start but a great vacation

We arrived to the condo late on the first day of our trip to find that, due to a scheduling oversight, the space had not been thoroughly cleaned in preparation for our arrival. Communication with the cleaning team (who's name and emergency contact was provided on the check-in information) and the host was very fast and clear. First impressions can be very difficult to erase, but we had a really great vacation, and this condo, the beach access, the dining recommendations from the hosts, and provided amenities (the beach cart is so great) all made that possible. We made most of our breakfasts in the condo, packed most of our lunches into the cooler, and ate most of our dinners out. This really allowed for a low-key, relaxing vacation. Thanks for the stay!!
