Charming 3BR/2Bath Beach Bungalow with Hot Tub!

Featured in the August 2022 issue of Cottages and Bungalows magazine, this beautifully remodeled 3/2 beach bungalow is nestled in a charming neighborhood within walking distance to Folly Field beach. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the back porch in the morning, relax in the 6 person hot tub after an afternoon round of golf on the many courses nearby or sit by the fire pit and watch the stars at night. The Carolina Breeze Bungalow is the quintessential beach cottage and an all-around Happy Place!

This vintage beach babe captures the coastal Carolina vibe with lots of clean bright whites and soothing ocean blues!

With an open area concept, the Carolina Breeze Bungalow is perfect for entertaining or quiet evenings in. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a bar with seating for two, the dining room has room for six and the living area has plenty of space for stretching out and catching a movie on the 55 inch TV.

The master bedroom has an en-suite with walk-in shower and the two guest rooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds, share a tub/shower combination. A sunroom provides a daybed for extra sleeping space with barn doors for privacy.

The backyard has a covered porch with ample seating, a 6 person hot tub and fire pit + wood.

Charming Cottage in Great Location w/great Hosts!

Charming cottage few blocks from beach, well appointed with everything you need, very clean and some very appreciated personal touches from the hosts. Super easy, clear communication re: check in/out. Highly recommended!!

This little beach cottage was so cute and cozy. The decor and well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms made it such a pleasure to stay there. Thought and care was used in every detail of the house. Bonus: it was SUPER clean!

Girls trip getaway

Absolutely amazing stay! This rental was the perfect getaway for our girls' trip. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated the place was. The host was incredibly welcoming, with thoughtful touches like a welcome basket and detailed recommendations for local spots. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to see and do, but tucked away enough for some peaceful downtime. Great vacation

We had a great time and highly recommend. Home was just like the pictures, spotless and well stocked. Great location and close to Folly Field Beach. We had so much fun discovering the are on e-bikes.

I can’t say enough good things about this house. It was absolutely perfect in every way. It had everything you could ever think of and decorated perfectly for a girls weekend. Not to mention it was spotless!! Super clean! Definitely will be coming back to stay here.
