This charming one bedroom villa is sure to be your home away from home on vacation in Hilton Head! Coastal vibes run throughout this charming villa.

The dining area table seats six with three additional seats at the bar. The fully equipped kitchen has been completely remodeled and ready for cooking any meals that you desire during your vacation. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV.

Enjoy the privacy of the patio while sipping your morning coffee and planning the fun filled day ahead of you! Ride your bike to the beach or jump in a kayak, the possibilities are endless. You are close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer at this villa: golf, tennis, pickleball, shopping , restaurants and of course the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Furniture was old, worn and very uncomfortable. Bar stools at kitchen were broken and dangerous, could not use them. Bedroom smelled moldy, linens were ratty and had stains.

Great place to experience HHI

We could walk to everything. There does appear to be a lot of dogs in the immediate area that bark continuously, the rental unit above ours in particular. Also, the sofa in the living room has outlived its usefulness. We will be back next year - in a different unit.

Great Stay

Waste of Money

Disappointed in that the most. The bathroom was disgusting. We took the shower liner down and washed it because it was full of soap scum and other things that were red in color. The pans need replaced in the kitchen. They were terrible. The oven was awful. I will never be back to this place again. I emailed the property about two months ahead of time to make arrangements for an early check in because we were flying not driving. No one got back to me. We were at the property at noon since our flight got in and we were told no check in until 4pm/ The girl at the desk gave us a pass but it was no help. They mean 4pm... That was uncalled for.

Reviewer Comments: I would give my overall experience with my rental unit a 5 out of 10 , cleaning prior to my arrival appeared to be subpar.Electrical outlets in bathrooms didnt work, numerous lights were out and the bed would have to be the most uncomfortable I've ever tried to sleep in. We removed the bedding to wash sheets and mattress pad and there was soiled paper towels under mattress pad ( disgusting).Bed sheets did not fit deep mattress and mattress itself was a worn out memory foam that was horrible. Door's to patio's were inoperable and the AC system was struggling to maintain temperature in the rental unit .There was also dead bugs on the windowsills and the floor was in need of a good cleaning.

The stay was great, everything was easy to get to, and the entire group of 25 people never had a chance to be bored. It would be nice to see an overall map of the resort when booking so you know exactly where within the resort you'll be staying. Not a major deal, but as a first time visitor it would help in booking.

Great area, tired condo

Reserved a condo and played some pickleball, golf and biking.The Palmetto Dunes property is a wonderful place to be as it has some of the best pickleball facilities in the east, great biking access to everything, 3 championship golf courses and of course, the ocean.All in all, we had a really good time. The only negative was the condo we stayed in was really dirty and run down.

Lovely setting except for beach access

Reviewer Comments: Loved the quiet ambience in the shade trees, lagoon views and tropical landscaping but our patio needed badly cleaning of leaves and pollen.I don't know why they heat the pool "in season" when it needed to be heated in April, not July.Our unit was spotless except for the thick dust on the bathroom vanity shelves. Tub/shower needs badly updating as the fixtures look rusty.I love the easy access to Shelter Cove marina, outfitters, pickleball courts, groceries, restaurants but the beach access was a bit of a trek. A fair trade off all in all.
