Cozy condo, great location!

Loved the condo and location! It was perfect for family of 4! Very clean and cozy, comfy beds, well furnished and everything you need for the beach or play tennis. Steps away from the beach and facing the pool. Our host Robbie was very friendly and responsive, we will definitely be back!

Great Views!!

Our family had a great time, and enjoyed our stay at the condo. The views of the sound were amazing, and being able to walk along the shore during low tide was really fun! Not far from Folly Field Beach Park and lots of grocery stores and shops around the area. Also fun watching some planes as the condo is close to the airport. That being said, the area is quiet and tucked back from a lot of the hustle and bustle of the island. Recommend staying here!

Wonderful property manager!

I had numerous communications with the property manager (owner possibly) - he was very nice and easy to deal with. The property was extremely clean and the housekeeping was very responsive to our request for more towels. The pictures make the unit look a bit bigger than it is. The master bedroom is crowded due to the size of the king bed and the second bedroom is crowded with the two twin beds. There were four of us, but we had a wonderful stay.

My 17 year old and I loved this place and Will absolutely come again. The little patio was perfect for cloudy afternoons to read, woke up to see the beach out my window, and my teenager had a lot of fun exploring the property and the beach.

Location is perfect; we loved the view of the patio and the beach access. Easy to communicate with owner/representative. Unit is clean and comfortable but just a bit cramped with furniture and accessories. Only disappointment was lack of a reserved parking space, although parking close to unit was always available. We would return.

The location and views are beautiful. There is too much furniture in the master to get in the closet. Excessive number of drinking glasses causing kitchen needs to be spread throughout the condo causing more clutter. Electric outlets covered by furniture, not accessible. Never figured out how to make the one on the balcony work.

We were very disappointed with the "ocean front". It's not Ocean front, it's barely a beach, you can't swim, it's dirty and mucky water and sand. We had to travel to other beaches to swim. We choose beach front so we can walk out the door to the beach and swim, this was not the case here. The condo was out dated but perfect for what we needed. It was spacious and clean. The grounds were nicely kept and the pools were nice as well. We would not stay here again because of the beach/muck but if you are looking for a nice place to just relax, it's perfect.

Older Condo/Carry suitcase upstairs

This is an older condo that is just so so. Twin bedroom is tiny and fortunately one friend had Covid and wasn’t able to come because there would be no room for suitcases for 2 people, as I had to use the spare bed for mine. Very noisy mattress/hard pillows. No live TV—only streaming, so wasn’t able to watch football. Contacted owner via text, but never heard back. Worst part was there were no elevators, and we had to carry suitcases and all belongings up a huge flight of stairs. On a positive note, beach is very private, however, it isn’t a swimming beach. In addition, pool is close to unit just behind stairwell. Paper towels, and toiletries supplied.

Fantastic stay

I have never been to HHI before and was quite nervous. We had a fantastic stay! When i booked, I didnt realize that the sound wasn't a swimming beach, but thats on me. There are very nice beaches close by and so many things to do on the island! My communication with the property manager was prompt and always helpful! The unit was very nice, clean, and well accomodated.

Great unit

This is a great unit with a desirable location within the complex. The sound/ocean is visible from the enclosed balcony. The unit had everything needed and the property manager was very responsive.

Family-friendly condo with personal touches

Condo is conveniently located near our family in Hilton Head Plantation. The whole condo is decorated beautifully with gorgeous furniture! We were here to spend Thanksgiving with family, and were pleasantly surprised that kitchen was well-equipped to help with some of the food preparation. Other pleasant touches were family-friendly DVD's, books, and beach toys.
