About this property

Closest 2 bedroom to the beach! Just steps to the boardwalk!

  • Our villa, AR209, is perfect for family vacations as it is located about 50 steps from the beach and includes a great beach view from the balcony, lounge, and dining room. It has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, a master bedroom with TV and a queen bed, a guest bedroom with twin beds, and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. The dining room seats 6 comfortably. Our unit features free wireless internet, smoke detectors, and two HDTV's. We provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use. We provide towels and linens, but bring your own beach towels.

    Our building features an elevator, 2 staircases, an access ramp, parking, beach access, central smoke detectors, a non-sprinklered fire alarm system and 24 hour security, 7 days a week.

    Our resort includes free tennis, pickleball, and use of the fitness center.
    On site there are 3 restaurants - a sports bar (Coconutz), a pizza restaurant (Gator'z Pizza), and a casual beach bar (Jamaica Joe'z) by the pool overlooking the beach.
    There is a small pool beside our Admiral's Row building as well as another very large pool on the North side of the complex with a kiddie pool beside it. There you will also find lots of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, a sun deck, a shaded sitting area, beach volleyball and organized activities in season.

    Bikes can be rented on site by the security gate and there are bike racks located on both sides of Admiral's Row. Bike and walking paths covering the whole island start at the entrance to our resort. You can also bike or walk for miles along the beach in either direction.

    Charcoal grills and picnic tables are located around the resort with the closest being a few steps away on the north side of the building. There are more beside the children's playground which is a great place for a large gathering. The children can play on the playground equipment and the adults can watch them while visiting with each other and cooking up some hot dogs and hamburgers.

We loved being able to keep the screen on the sliding door open to hear the ocean at night! Very clean, and spacious. The beds were a bit firm, but overall it was just fine! Would stay again.

We had a great stay at this property! The floors were updated from the pictures posted in the listing so that was a pleasant surprise and made the room feel very updated and bright. It was a great location to the beach with great views. The owner was pleasant and quick to respond as well. Would recommend and would stay again!

This is not a new property but is in great condition. It is clean and well kept. It has a nice ocean view from the large balcony. The unit is spaceous, probably a bit more than was really need for the two of us but it was nice to have the extra space.

Fantastic Beach Stay

Once again an outstanding beach trip! We love staying in this condo because of the location but also because it is so comfortable to stay here! You can enjoy listening to the waves and watching the water either on this beach for from the beautiful balcony. We are so thankful we were able to go!

We fully enjoyed our stay at this place. It was well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved how close it was to the ocean. The pickleball courts were awesome. We used the gym several times during the stay and it was great.

Great time on Hilton Head Island

This is a great place! The view is as was advertised and the porch was so inviting - we spent a lot of time on the porch. It is nice as the sun does not pour onto the porch - so it is quite comfortable to sit outside and watch the waves and dolphins and birds. The beds were comfortable and the location is great. The beach is very easy to access. A great place - we will be back!

Beautiful Location!

Great location and steps from elevator and laundry room right next door to the room. The boardwalk to the beach literally right outside! I was very pleased. The pool size is awesome and having a little bar and grille next to the pool was great too. Loved my time there and will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Wonderful location steps from the beach

This property was the perfect place for our beach vacation. I loved being steps away from the beach and the kids loved alternating between the two pools. So easy to walk the beach for evening sunsets. We also enjoyed reading on the porch in the mornings. We appreciated the owner's recommendations for food and activities as this was our first visit to Hilton Head and tried a few of them out! The space was clean, with cute beach decor. Hope to be back!

It's All About the View

This condo was clean and well-stocked with everything that we needed for a comfortable week at the beach. We were also impressed with how friendly the other tenants were. But, ultimately, it was all about the view! We took every possible occasion to sit on the deck and soak in the great view of the beach and ocean. We hope to return.

Great location, clean and comfy

The location was great for our stay in HHI for a wedding. We had a nice view of the beach, but unfortunately didn't have much time to enjoy the resort with all of the wedding events. The place was clean, and I was happy that the carpet in the pictures had been replaced by wood floors. It was a bit bare bones in terms of amenities (like shampoo/soap). Overall, great! We would stay there again!

Loved the location of this property! So, so close to the beach. Everything was in good working order. My friend and I had a great time! The only negative to me is the late checkin time of 4:00 PM. A 2:00 or 3:00 checkin time would be great since checkout is at 10:00 AM. I would definitely recommend this property for rental and would stay there again for sure!

Great location and nice condo. I’d swap out the master bed for a new firm mattress in king size. And maybe it’s time to get a cover for the sofa. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable thank you for being so accommodating

Amazing View!

We had a wonderful week at Hilton Head! This was our first stay here, and Ian and Pat made it so enjoyable. When they say the condo is close to the beach, they mean it! We walked right out of the condo to the boardwalk and were on the beach in minutes. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves in the morning and at night. We also enjoyed the pool which was a short walk from our condo. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Ian and Pat were kind enough to provide lots of information about the island including restaurant recommendations and things to do. We so appreciate their hospitality and hope to return again in the future!

Simply Perfection

My family had the most amazing experience in this condo. It’s beautiful, comfortable and just so obviously loved and taken care of by it’s owners. We truly felt fortunate to stay here. The condo was extremely clean and organized. All the furnishings were updated and tasteful. The ocean view was spectacular. There is not a single bad thing to say about it. The communication with the owner was terrific and all the information provided was so helpful. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a perfect and peaceful getaway.

Great visit!

Condo is exactly like it is in the pictures. It was hard for me to tell how close to the beach it was when I looked at the pictures due to the boardwalk, but rest assured it is REALLY close to the beach. So convenient! We loved the balcony and every morning my 9-year-old would wake us up by reporting the weather conditions. We all really liked the tide clock, too, as it was helpful to determine where to set up on the beach. There were some colorful characters staying on the property, but luckily couldn’t hear them with the sliding glass doors shut. We cooked in almost every meal and found the kitchen to be stocked with everything we needed.
