Courtside 119 - Forest Beach Townhome

Courtside 119 is a two story upstairs Townhouse located 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo based on availability. This community offers two on-site pools, a courtyard lagoon plus parking directly in front of each property. Courtside is within an easy 10 minute stroll to Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and the new Low Country Celebration Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. The primary bedroom has a King Size bed and the guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds. There are 2 Full Baths upstairs along with a powder room on the main level. Free WiFi, Flat Screen Televisions & eclectic decor are among the many upgrades for guests to enjoy.
