  • “The Cozy Crab" is a one bedroom, one bath villa at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. The unit has the upgraded "open bedroom" concept to allow more room to move about the condo compared to other one bedroom ocean villas. The bedroom and living room each have smart TV's setup for streaming. Free WIFI is available throughout the complex. The condo is also equipped with a portable crib and highchair. Beach Chairs, a backpack cooler and an assortment of beach toys are also provided. STR Permit # 076648
