Crashin' Waves-Oceanview w/Bikes, Chairs& King Bed

Enjoy a beautiful ocean-view right from your private balcony in this oceanfront community. This nautical & beach themed villa is conveniently located on the second floor near the front of the building. Very tastefully decorated and newly remodeled. New 55' flatscreen TV in the living room and a 24' flatscreen TV in the bedroom. Very comfortable King Serta mattress purchased in January 2021. We provide high quality towels and sheets . We also have two nice sturdy beach chairs and two beach bikes for your use. There are many exquisite restaurants to choose from on Hilton Head, we have put together a good listing for you as well as some local attractions. But if you prefer to eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped with many extras, such as, a crockpot, blender, cookbooks and many more. There is a barbeque grill and picnic table on the grounds if you would prefer an outside dinner.


We are locals who can help with any needs that may arise during your stay. We would like to help you with any extras that would make your stay more enjoyable. Is this vacation a special occasion, birthday, anniversary? Let us personalize the villa for you. We personally clean and maintain the villa ensuring the best possible accommodations. There is a starter package left for your convenience including dish detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, and starter toilet paper, trash bags and 2 coffee pods.

Come relax on Hilton Head Island's finest beaches with everything so close, you may not want to leave!


Seaside Villas is not pet friendly, the management company is very strict and there are $500.00 fees per day per pet.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Great stay

Enjoyed our time in this condo. Property was clean, communication was good with the host, and location was perfect - in walking distance of plenty of shops/restaurants, but just far enough from the main public beach which was crowded. 2 bikes were also provided with the unit which made it convenient to get around since there are so many bike paths.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal with just a short walk to the expansive beach. Great view of the ocean from the patio. Access to dining and shopping with a short walk or drive made this a perfect location for our stay. Excellent property for couples or small families.

My husband and I love staying in Kendall's condos.This was our first stay in this one, and it was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had our coffee on the balcony every morning to view the ocean. We took advantage of the bikes and did not rent a car on this trip. The location is the best part..... just steps to the beach! Kendall was very responsive and accommodating. We'll be back!

We had great time and thoroughly enjoyed the place. Convenient, everything we needed was there. It’s definitely on a smaller side but for two of us was perfect. Owners stayed in contact and were very helpful. Welcoming gifts were a nice touch. Would recommend!

This was our 2nd time staying at this location. It is perfect for 2 people. The cleanliness is always a concern of mine when booking a property and the cleanliness of Crashin’ Waves meets my high expectations. The Villa is well equipped regarding linens, paper goods and soaps ect. The only item that I would improve upon would be the mattress. On our last stay it was a bit more comfortable than it was this stay. The owner is fantastic with her communication and more than accommodating if an issue does arise. Upon arrival we noticed a patio chair had been damaged and we cascaded the feedback to her. She took action immediately offering several solutions. We appreciate that type of action as with other properties in the past it is difficult to get bigger issues addressed with other owners. We will definitely book this property again in the future!

Rest and Restore

I cannot wait to visit this property again. It was my oasis of rest for the week. All of the essentials were there and a few surprises too. Sunscreen, a beach bag, beach chairs, books and games! Well-equipped villa and just the right size. I felt safe and sound. The ocean view is a side view (not direct) but the walk to the beach is short. Basically, the beach is your backyard. I could not ask for more. I got exactly what I needed. The hosts are attentive and reply quickly. I’m so grateful for this little slice of heaven.

Beach Vacation July 2023

Our Seaside Villas experience was flawless. All the pictures and descriptions of the property were exactly as advertised. Anything you need is here. Kendall our host texted our access codes to the property gates and room early on our arrival day, which got our vacation off to a great start. The area is perfect, everything you can hope to do is close by and easily accessible. The hosts also offer bicycles, which we utilized each day on the many paved off road trails. We wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to having Kendall host us again. Kendall is top notch and I highly recommend her and her numerous properties.

Pros and cons

Overall, my impression is fair, but needs improvement. The three best things about this unit is a comfortable bed, fluffy towels, and good location. The items are biggest concern are no grab bars in the shower, the shower floor is slippery and the air conditioner is woefully inadequate to keep up with the humidity. Technically, you could possibly sleep for in this unit With two children and two adults, but it is terribly small for four adults. There are many convenience items that are missing but needed. I would not stay in this unit again

A wonderful last minute trip. The location was perfect, great view from the balcony and a short walk to the beach. We would stay here again! My wife is already looking for the next opportunity to stay here. Easy walk to Cologny, Pool Bar Jim’s, FISH and Piggly Wiggly for anything we needed. Property Management was great, easy communication and the condo had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach with the beach chairs that were provided.
