Southwind II is located within minutes of the beach access in Shipyard, The Shipyard Golf Club, and Van Der Meer Tennis. Enjoy the lowcountry charm of Shipyard with its winding lagoons and towering pines. Southwind II amenities include a community pool, playground, picnic area with grills. There is plenty of space in this charming two-bedroom villa. Its vaulted ceilings add to this open floorplan with the kitchen overlooking the dining and living areas. The well-appointed kitchen with abundant counterspace, granite countertops, and breakfast bar open to the dining area make a great place to cook, eat, and congregate. The living room features 75" Smart TV and a sleeper sofa with doors to the large deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with scenic golf, lagoon, or forest preserve views as a backdrop to start your day. Two master suites await you in this villa, with vaulted ceilings, each with a King-sized bed and bathrooms with granite counters, jetted tub and separate showers.

- Mandatory one-time fees include resort fee of US$150 (plus tax), a management fee of USD $99, community fee of $99 and cleaning fee of $175 per reservation taken at the time of booking.
- All guests check-in at the Hilton Head Accommodations office located at 20 Executive Park Road, Suite #200, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.
- To check-in, bring your valid government-issued photo ID or passport to the front desk in the lobby. The minimum age required to check-in is 25 years old.
