No need to pack the car with beach accessories. We've got you covered.EZ Beach access in the 2 bed 2 1/2 bath villa with remodeled kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless appliances. Upgraded flooring throughout with 2 full bathrooms on second floor with half bath on main floor.

Upgraded flooring throughout with 2 full bathrooms on second floor with half bath on main floor. Bedroom 1 - King Bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bed 1-Twin. There are 2 Full baths on second floor. Villa has full-sized washer and dryer, outdoor patio, outdoor patio with gas grill. Kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare your favorite meals. All linens, towels and starter soaps are included.

You can walk to almost everything you need. 5 minute walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and restaurants and 5-7 minutes to the beach. There are free shuttle carts that run around the area as well. Most people prefer to just get on a bike to get around.

Enjoy the community Pool in the courtyard to relax after a day at the beach.
