Located one block off main road down the beach. 4 blocks south of the center of the action at Coligny Circle.

This unit was purchased on Feb 21, 2020 by longtime lovers of Hilton Head Island, Phil & LaNae Downs of Atlanta GA. We spent 3 months during the Covid-19 lockdown updating the unit from one end to the other. Come be one of our first guests. We'd love for you to have a vacation you, your family, and friends will remember for the rest of your lives.

Guest are renting the entire unit including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, full-size laundry in the unit, dining space for 10, living area and den, 2 balconies with a lovely view of palm trees, tennis courts, and swimming pools.
You have access to a shared outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub.
4 pickle ball courts and one tennis court is available on property for your enjoyment. Pickle ball equipment is provided in the unit.
A beach cart and 6 camp style beach chairs are provided for you convenience when you make the short 8 minute walk to beautiful Hilton Head Beach.

Parking is available for 2 cars.

Note that you must be 25 years old or older to rent HHIgetaway.
No pets. Sorry we have family members with pet dander allergies.

Other things to note
Bike riding is popular on the island. Numerous bike paths branch out from the condo. Hilton Head beach is also perfect for riding bikes at low tide. 3 bike racks are available in the parking lot. The closest place to rent bikes is 1 block away at Island Life Bike Rentals. Make sure a lock is provided with your rental. Most other bike rental places will deliver your bikes to your condo free of charge if you find a better deal elsewhere.
