Nice quiet neighborhood

Very relaxing! Pool Was very close, but had to drive to shops and beach. Great home very comfortable and plenty of room! We loved the screened in porch!

Wedding Week Vacation Home

We loved our stay at 9 wildwood court! We came from out of town for our wedding. It was so important that we had our dogs at our wedding so we struck gold when we found this beautiful pet friendly home. The home was clean, cozy, and had plenty of space for us! Tom was extremely responsive to anything that we needed! We hope to come back in the future!

Covid Vaca #5

We started coming to Hilton Head when the world shut down and we are thankful Sea Pines stayed open. We enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It was close to beach and lighthouse and easy exit if you want to hit local restaurants or Bluffton. The home was clean and large enough for 6 and more. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The owner was very responsive. See you all next year.

Great Location

The location was great. Rode bikes to beach or walked 20 mins to beach. Used the community facilities (bball/pool) too. Space is house was good - plenty for our group. Kitchen and bathrooms need attention/updates. There is little outdoor space, but that was fine for us. Place was definitely clean when we arrived. We had to call for beach towels, and they were dropped off to us. We were there for a long weekend.

Right on the bike path and the comfiest couch I’ve ever met

We had a great stay with 2 families in this house - having a room with 3 (bunked) beds was super convenient, although the couch was so wide and comfy our teen slept on it the last night! We loved the view to the greenery in the backyard and were visited by deer 3 times! The shortcut through the backyard to the bike trail was so convenient we raced and beat the 1/2 of our party who drove to Harbourtown. It was easy to drive 5 minutes and park at Sea Pines Beach Club (we were off season) for beach access, and the Shops at Sea Pines plaza was so close the kids could ride their bikes or walk on their own to the convenience store there as an adventure. Lovely home home, everything worked, all very clean.

The photos in the house do not do it justice. Tom's house was absolutely perfect for our extended family. It is a short bike ride to the beach and to Harbor Town, and a quick walk to the community pool and the shoppping center with a cafe, restaurants, and a convenience store. The beds weree comfortable, the house was absolutely spotless, and the ktichen was well-equipped and spacious. Tom was incredibly responsive, and didn't even mind when I asked him questions that his very thorough check-in guide had already answered but I simply failed to read carefully. I would rent this house again very happily!

Beautiful home, Great Location!

Home has great layout and decor, spacious, nice furniture, kitchen well equipped. Very clean, plenty of towels. Be prepared to bring or purchase tissues, toilet paper, napkins, garbage bags, laundry detergent, shower stuff. Had a snafu with the pool access card and tennis court code first couple days but Tom was quick to communicate and take care of it. Really appreciated the quiet neighborhood and location/ privacy of the home. This is the 7th year we’ve vacationed at HHI, 4th year at Sea Pines and this is the first home we would definitely love to stay at again.

Sea Pines Vacation

We met our adult children for vacation and had a great time. The house is spacious and we were so glad we could being our golden doodle. We saw lots of deer and birds at the house and alligators in nearby ponds which we enjoyed. We loved all the bike trails and beautiful large trees for shade.

Second time, even better than the first

We love this property! We stayed here one other time, and knew it was a home to return to. The renovated bathrooms are beautiful and complete the experience for us of feeling truly relaxed and restored - surrounded by nature in our happy place. Love that we can bring our furry family members too!

Great home in good location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and the remodeled kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. We grilled out on the back patio for the nights we were there and that was enjoyable. Host was very responsive.

Perfect Sea Pines Home

We had the best visit at this home! Tom was excellent with all communication before we even checked in, and had a gorgeous and clean home. Everything was very well stocked for our trip, all rooms were updated and the main bedroom bed slept like a dream. We were so lucky to find this home!

Greenwood Forest gem

We had an amazing week on Hilton Head Island and really enjoyed this Greenwood Forest gem. The pool was wonderful and so many deer!! We will be back to this house again

Solid VRBO

This was a good stay for us. Good upgrades in the property and we found me the interior to be clean and plenty of fresh towels. Plenty of space for our family of five. The home is in a dead end and very private location. Kitchen is well appointed and plenty of silver wear and plates. Enough to do some breakfasts and light lunches at the house. The beds were comfortable and the living space as well. Back yard left a little to be desired: the two adult bikes were pretty rusted, and when we arrived someone had taken the grill cover and put it over the bikes. The provided beach cart was just exposed in the backyard on a bench, and leaves were everywhere. Fortunately we brought or rented our bikes and had no need to utilize the backyard. Upon arrival there was a decent amount of trash on the side yard, looked like an animal got into the trash can. There is really no place to lock up bikes, so this became a bit of a challenge for us. I was glad I brought a tarp to protect our bikes from the elements. There are no blinds in the rear of the home, which was a little odd (master bedroom had a curtain). Felt a little like a fish bowl at night in the living room and dining area. Not a big deal but would be nice to have. If the price was right we would stay here again.

Quiet retreat close to everything

We loved our stay at this property. Owner was quick to address issues. Short car ride to the Beach Club and beach. Easy access to walking and biking trail. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice one-level home in nice neighborhood

Very nice 3 bed/2 bath home all on one level with nice kitchen, bathrooms, and furnishings. Saw that there were board games and toddler/infant supplies (high chair, play crib). Good communication with property manager, quiet, friendly area. Also nice that it was dog friendly. Would come again.
