Perfect for our family!

We loved our stay in Hilton Head! The location of this villa could not be more perfect, especially with a young family. Very short walk to the beach, all the shops and dining. We had everything we needed in the unit. Washer and dryer came in so handy on our week long stay. The unit was super clean and owner, Jim was incredibly helpful and responsive. We would 100% stay again!

Perfect family rental

Amazing location in Hilton head. 1/2 a block from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. One of the best experiences we’ve had renting on Vrbo.

Fantastic unit

Amazing location- loved the upgraded renovations- wonderful kitchen. The only thing I would have liked to see would be an improvement in the sofa beds- they don't work well for my 6'5 son- and possibly a bigger sofa in the living room- But other than that everything was great- we will definitely be back- great rental!

Fantastic trip! We loved the upgrades to the unit- fresh and bright, well appointed and you can’t beat the location. Short walk to the beach and across the street from Coligny. The owner, Jim, was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

This is a great location and a clean comfortable condo for 4 adults. I would suggest a new box spring under the queen bed. Extremely loud getting in and out of bed. We had a great stay!!

Great location and amenities

Condo is located across the street from Coligny Plaza where there are several restaurants, a Piggly Wiggly, ice cream and shops. Quick walk to the beach and a pool also available. Condo is beautifully decorated and was comfortable for my family of four to stay. It was nice to have beach chairs available to save room won what we packed for the beach trip. I would recommend this location to anyone checking out HHI!

Spectacular!

Cleanest place we have stayed in a long time. Convenient location and the host was overly accommodating and responsive when we were frantically looking for a school book bag and computer that was left behind after our stay. Only issue is the code to get in the parking garage and elevator was wrong. We had to get the right code from someone else staying there.

Great location and beautiful decor

Our stay was pleasant at this property, and we'd consider it again. However, it seems that the cleaning might be rushed between stays. There weren't any facial tissues, the master bedroom floors were slippery (perhaps a cleaner that wasn't suitable for the floor type), and some areas were quite dusty. I'd recommend a deeper cleaning, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We are ready to come back

Close to the beach...3 min walk...great location...secured parking.....all of our food options were less than a 15 minute from there. Extremely clean and comfortable. Just hate my Packers loss to the Bills on Sunday night Football. Already told owner we will be back. The wife was very happy

Great Location

Condo itself is very nice and so is the building. People who stay there are super friendly. Very quiet, lovely rooftop pool. Location can’t be beat. One block to the beach and across the street from all the stores and restaurants at Coligny. The only real downside is that the owner is MIA. We never heard from him since he took the reservation and we texted and emailed him with a question about checkout and never received a reply. As long as you don’t need him for anything it’s a great place to stay.

perfect location

Wonderful location, In walking distance to everything beautiful condo, up dated and well taken care of. Owner was very accommodating and answered text messages promptly! The property looks just like the photos. Floors could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. Plenty of towels and dishes. would have been nice to have a few coffee pods, Kleenex, extra trash bags & a more efficient ice maker. Overall I would 100% stay here again! Across the street from the Piggly Wiggly so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Our friends stayed 5 doors down and it was exact same floor plan and it was $1000 cheaper and was decorated just as nicely bathrooms could have been more modern but not enough for $1k difference.

Review

This property was in an excellent location. Jim was amazing to work with! He allowed us to come a day early since we were driving and prorated it for us! He is also very quick to call/respond with any questions or concerns! The Villa was nice and spacious. The top bunk bed rail was not high enough to have my son sleep up there. The mattress is higher than the rail. There was some cosmetic things that need fixing/touched up. Walls, tiles, decorative items that were broken. Not sure how well cleaned it was since there was sand on the floor when we got there and the master shower floor was a tad dirty. A vacuum/mop would be helpful to guests for sure! The washer also needs cleaned with a slight mildew smell when opened. The other negative we experienced was the building fire alarm went off almost every night in the middle of the night, fire company had to turn it off. Other than the little cosmetic/cleanliness things, and the issues with the fire alarm the place is wonderful and so is Jim! Would stay there again!
