Fantastic trip! We loved the upgrades to the unit- fresh and bright, well appointed and you can’t beat the location. Short walk to the beach and across the street from Coligny. The owner, Jim, was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

This is a great location and a clean comfortable condo for 4 adults. I would suggest a new box spring under the queen bed. Extremely loud getting in and out of bed. We had a great stay!!

Spectacular!

Cleanest place we have stayed in a long time. Convenient location and the host was overly accommodating and responsive when we were frantically looking for a school book bag and computer that was left behind after our stay. Only issue is the code to get in the parking garage and elevator was wrong. We had to get the right code from someone else staying there.

Wonderful location, In walking distance to everything beautiful condo, up dated and well taken care of. Owner was very accommodating and answered text messages promptly! The property looks just like the photos. Floors could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. Plenty of towels and dishes. would have been nice to have a few coffee pods, Kleenex, extra trash bags & a more efficient ice maker. Overall I would 100% stay here again! Across the street from the Piggly Wiggly so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience. Our friends stayed 5 doors down and it was exact same floor plan and it was $1000 cheaper and was decorated just as nicely bathrooms could have been more modern but not enough for $1k difference.

We loved our stay in Hilton Head! The location of this villa could not be more perfect, especially with a young family. Very short walk to the beach, all the shops and dining. We had everything we needed in the unit. Washer and dryer came in so handy on our week long stay. The unit was super clean and owner, Jim was incredibly helpful and responsive. We would 100% stay again!

Review of North Shore Place:

The place was as described and we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything you need is just a few steps away. There were a few housekeeping issues that I brought to the owners attention. Also, the check in process and the use of Sea Crest facilities were difficult to navigate until we received additional information. We had a fantastic time!

Great location and beautiful decor

Our stay was pleasant at this property, and we'd consider it again. However, it seems that the cleaning might be rushed between stays. There weren't any facial tissues, the master bedroom floors were slippery (perhaps a cleaner that wasn't suitable for the floor type), and some areas were quite dusty. I'd recommend a deeper cleaning, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.
