Open spacious concept plan with large dining room table that seats six. The coastal living room has plenty of seating, a sleeper sofa and a large HDTV. There is a private patio right off the living room with seating and a grill for all your outside needs.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a HDTV and doors that go out to the private patio. The en-suite bathroom has a tiled walk in shower and single vanity sink.
A spiral staircase leads to the upstairs loft that has two twin beds plus a computer station making it a true fun family space! The bathroom upstairs has a tub shower combination and a single vanity sink.
The beach is easily accessed by a short bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy seasonal shuttle service. There is a private community pool very close to the villa.
You are close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer, golf, tennis, pickleball, bike trails, the 11 mile lagoon, restaurants, shopping and of course the beach!
