Fully Renovated and Ocean view!! Non-Smoking villa features a Master bedroom with queen size bed, and adjoining bath. Living room queen sofa, 55" HDTV in living room and 40" HDTV in bedroom and FREE Wi-Fi for the rainy days. Kitchen with microwave, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker. Dining Table seats Three.
This is a 1st floor unit only steps away from parking, the pool, and beach access. You are only 20 yards to the beach or pool.
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

Great Property, Great Location!

A fantastic place for a great price! The property was clean, recently updated, and in a perfect spot right near the beach with access to a pool on site. The hosts reached out with all the info we needed to park/check in a few days ahead of time and the whole process was seamless. We really appreciate you making even our short stay so easy so we could just enjoy our time there!

I've stayed at this resort several times and love it. Our unit was clean and as described in the listing other than you really can't see the ocean well from the first floor. It's very convenient to the beach. It is an older place and could use some upgrades to the linens and the outdoor seating but overall we had what we needed. Communication with owner was excellent. The whole building smelled like moth balls but that was not the owners fault.

Great Vaca

We come to HHI a couple times a year. We generally stay in the same place on the southern part of the island. We decided to try someplace different this trip. This place was great! This place is clean and well stocked. Close to the beach, the pool, and bike path made this stay especially enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful getaway!

This was our second time staying at this resort but first time at this property. We needed a quick getaway for just the two of us and this property was just perfect. The mattress was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to somehow cover up the long window by the door.

Perfect getaway

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo. So easy to walk to beach and pool. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Easy to see dolphins from the beach. I was so relaxed. Really hope to stay there again

Fabulous Little Condo!

This was a great little condo on the beach. Super clean and exactly as described and pictured online. The owners are super fast at responding and we simply couldn't have asked for a better stay. We would definitely book again!

Lovely Reno job. Definitely could use blackout curtains in bed room and curtains that provide full coverage off the patio. Pull out couch bed you definitely feel the bar. Love that there was water bottles and beach chairs/umbrella to use. For sure needs beach towels for pool and beach. The was a 1/2 roll of tp when we arrived and we ran out. Kitchen was fully stocked and house was very clean.

Beautiful condo

This condo looks just like the pictures. Recently remodeled with modern colors and decor. The new appliances were a pleasure to use and the bed was soft and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

Wonderful clean condo. Everything looked and smelled fresh. About a minute or so walk to a huge pool and then a few more steps to the beach. 2 restaurants on site, bike rentals on site. Would definitely book again.

Clean Getaway!

Nice Unit Great Location

We like the HH Tennis and Beach Club location and private access to the beach. This newly renovated unit is just a short walk to the beach via the boardwalk, which is located on the property. It's also located close to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and breweries. The unit has been updated and is really nice.

Wonderful Stay in late August :)

I recently stayed at a beautifully renovated condo right on the beach, and it was spotless and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The view from the condo was stunning, offering a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The facility itself was top-notch, with all the amenities you could need. The host was fantastic—extremely communicative and always ready to help with any questions. I couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway!

Great first stay at Hilton Head

Traveled to Hilton Head with my spouse and 10 year old daughter. Condo was very clean, bright and had plenty of storage! The bed was soft and cozy. My daughter preferred to sleep on the couch vs the pullout bed as she could feel all the bars and springs. Appreciated the vacuum to get up the sand on a daily basis but would love a broom as well! Thank you for a great stay!

Quick weekend anniversary trip

Overall was a lovely condo in a nice location and we would definitely come again. Wish we could have stayed longer. The owners were quick to respond to any messages. The bed was amazingly comfortable, however I would recommended a curtain of some kind to block the light from window by the door. All that light did make it difficult to sleep, we ended up covering the window with Publix shopping bags The beach chairs were a bit worn and rusted, with missing pieces and could stand an update and the remote for the bedroom tv didn’t work but we were able to just watch tv at night in the living room. The shower was spacious and updated, we had plenty of towels for our stay.

Beautiful Renovation

The condo was beautifully renovated. Close to the beach and pool it was less than a 5 minute walk. The only disappointment was some of the items they listed in the kitchen were not provided . So we had to go out and purchase a few items. We would definitely stay in the same unit on our next visit.

Fountain at Folly

A nicely decorated condo over looking the parking lot. Yet, when on the deck and looking to your left there is a small pond with a water fountain and a slight horizon view of the ocean seen over the dune where a board walk/bridge begins! The unit is centrally located with access to the pool/resident bar. A quick jaunt over that boardwalk brings one to a wonderful beach. We were excited about the beach chairs. The nearest coffee cafe is in a gated community so be sure to bring coffee. The mattress on the queen bed is squishy. We considered this unit a great find!!

Short weekend stay

My husband and I came down for a weekend to attend a wedding in Savannah. We used to live in Beaufort so we are well familiar with the area. The condo was beautifully decorated and probably one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Some things we would add would be a full length mirror for the ladies and also an iron! Irons are a necessity. And for good measure we would add dish soap and a baking sheet. The hallways are loud during the night, but that is nothing to do with the condo or host, just be aware people do not follow the quiet hours. We loved the location and proximity to the beach. Also the coffee machine uses ground coffee and doesn’t need a filter so make sure you bring ground coffee if you are a coffee drinker. The bed was extremely comfortable and linens were clean. We would definitely return and hope to do so one day!
