    Welcome to Shorewood 511, an amazing oceanfront condo that has been completely renovated, restocked, and redecorated for 2023 to include all new TV, furnishings, mattresses, and inventory. Some of the closest attractions are the island’s very best! Nearby Coligny Plaza is a great place for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The kids will have fun playing in the fountain at Coligny Beach Park! Rent bikes and ride the miles of bike paths, or you may want to just rent an umbrella and chair from the lifeguard and relax with a book on the beach!



    As you walk in you are immediately greeted by the tremendous view from the large windows in the living space, providing the most sensational view of the ocean you can imagine. The 5th floor on Hilton Head Island is as high as possible! Enter into the foyer that lends itself to the well-stocked kitchen, complete with brand-new stainless steel appliances. Additionally, it sports beautiful granite counters, ample pantry and cabinet space, and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare daily meals and more. The kitchen offers a view of the living and dining space, making entertaining fun and easy from the hub of this home. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a table.
