Updated 2BR/2BA, Short Walk to Beach & Heated/Chilled Pool

  • LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION....Book 'Dunes Edge' and be midway between Coligny Circle and Sea Pines Ocean Gate...The villa has granite counter-tops and a sea glass blacksplash, 2 flat screen HD tv's ( one is 46') and gorgeous plank-style tile flooring throughout. It is a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach, is close to the heated and chilled pool, and is also a very private end unit!

    There is reserved parking at the front door of this third-row villa. This unit is so nicely furnished that you will feel right at home. Leather furnishings that are wiped off between stays are an upgrade from upholstered furniture....The kitchen is well-designed, flanked by a 3 person bar, so if you like to cook while you are at the beach you will be impressed with the size and appointments. All of the appliances are upgraded stainless steel.

    The master bath has been fully remodeled with a beautiful all-tile shower and new quartz vanity and lighting. The guest bathroom has a new vanity with a quartz counter top as well.

    In five minutes, you can walk to one of the prettiest stretches of beach on the island. It is where the last lifeguard stand is located so you may join in on the fun up the beach or enjoy the less crowded beach below the Alder Lane access. The famous Hilton Head bike paths run in all four directions from our villa. There are excellent public facilities as you enter the beach boardwalk area so you may stay the day without returning to the villa. You may also walk or bike to restaurants and activities at Coligny Circle or you can be at the Sea Pines Ocean Gate in about 5 minutes!


    For so many reasons, you will come back to Dunes Villas time and time again!
