Renovated Oceanfront Resort and condo - 3521 Villamare

VILLAMARE IS AMAZING!! 3 Million dollar pool and hot tub renovation is complete. . 2 pools and 2 hot tubs oceanside. All new furniture in both bedrooms and in the living room. Everything is now new and beautiful and very comfy.

Villamare is a beachfront, oceanfront complex in prestigious Palmetto Dunes between the Hilton Beachfront Resort and Spa and the Disney Beach Club.

VILLAMARE COMPLEX
- You will be in easy walking distance to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center which has 18 clay tennis courts, 4 of which are lighted for night time play and 24 PICKLE BALL courts all of which are lighted for night time play.
For the golfer there are 3 magnificent golf courses right in the community, including a beautiful Robert Trent Jones course with a fairway along the ocean.
There is an indoor pool and spa.

- we're in building 3 which has 2 elevators
- the unit is a quiet unit on the top floor (no noise from above)
- linens and towels provided (including 8 beach towels)
- Master bedroom, en-suite (2 sinks) with a king size bed and good separation from the guest bedroom
- Guest bedroom, en-suite, with 2 queen size beds
- Updated bathrooms
- 50" smart TVs in the living room, and master bedroom
- a balcony, shared by the master bedroom and living room, is furnished with a small table & 4 chairs with a view of the gardens, pool, beach and ocean
- a second balcony with 2 chairs and a view of the gardens and lagoon is off the guest bedroom
- a very well stocked kitchen

Please note: there is a fee for each car to enter Palmetto Dunes (Villamare is within Palmetto Dunes.) For everyone's safety only registered guests are permitted inside the gates. For a 1 week rental the fee is $35 per car.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at Villamare. The location was perfect, just steps to the pool and beach. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were easy.

A great place to stay in HHI

Very clean, nicely decorated with a bright color scheme, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a nice view of the ocean in a very attractive complex in security minded Palmetto Dunes a few minutes away from the ocean. Add in a very attentive, service minded host/owner and you have a great place to stay in HHI.

We just returned from a great stay in HH and this condo was perfect for us. It has everything you need, is very comfortable and great decor. Judy was an excellent host and so easy to communicate with. She gave us lots of tips..we have stayed in Palmetto Dunes before but this location is now our favorite - easy walk out to the beach and great pool with new lounges and umbrellas. Would definitely recommend.

Total Relaxation

Judy is a great host, excellent communication from start to finish. The Condo is very well equipped, clean, quiet and has a nice view of the pool and ocean. Looking forward to our next visit to HHI

OUTSTANDING!

This condo is gorgeous. It was beautiful and fully stocked! It had everything you need and more. The beds were comfortable and we could see dolphins in the ocean from the family room. Highly recommend this place!

Great Get Away in Hilton Head

Very nice villa in Palmetto Dune's Villamare. Clean, new furnishings and well stocked kitchen. Overall a very enjoyable vacation spot.

Beautiful stay

We had a great stay on Hilton Head and Judy was a great host! Her place was in a perfect location and the kids Loved the pool and the closeness to the beach! Having thebeach cart, chairs and umbrellas was an awesome touch as well as all the beach towels! She was quick to respond if we needed anything or had any questikns! My son is already asking if we can go back next year! Thanks for a great stay Judy we hope to vksit again!

Great condo for our family of 5! Super comfy beds, clean space, modern kitchen, lots of included beach amenities like towels and chairs, and property manager was super helpful and communicative! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Condo!

This is a beautiful and comfortable condominium and we had a wonderful stay there. The sunrises from the patio were spectacular. We also especially enjoyed the adult pool and hot tub. Judy was great to check on us and very thorough in sending info/directions. We look forward to staying here again next year!

HH Getaway

From the beginning, Judy was an excellent host. She had fantastic directions and information, she was always available when contacted. Her condo was so close to the beach, pool, and the Palmetto Dunes pickleball and tennis center. The condo had everything you would need. She also had a storage unit with beach chairs, umbrellas and a cart to go to and from the beach. I was so impressed! Looking forward to coming again.

Wonderful!

The property was exactly as pictured. It was very comfortable, well furnished and the perfect location to the beach. We only communicated with Judy a couple times and she was very responsive. The pool was alot of fun for the kids and a good break from the beach. Villamare as a whole was well maintained and conveniently located. We hope to stay again soon!

Great Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get to the beach and pool. The community was great for riding our bikes, walking and tennis/pickleball. My kids loved playing at the beach and daily trips to the general store. Our first time to HHI and we will def. come back! Judy's place is perfect and well stocked. Only observation about the complex, we came around July 4th and the 'family' pool was more of a high school/college pool vibe.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our week long stay and will be back again. I’m a frequent visitor to HHI and the location to the pool, ocean access, and other amenities as well as on the Island itself is perfect. Judy was wonderful to work with from booking to after we left. Having the beach cart and extras for the beach is an extra most on the island don’t include and made the experience so much better. For those with little ones like us (18 month old) it was a great stay and Judy was very accommodating for our needs. Hope to see you again next year!

Awesome Condo at the Villamare!

This condo is truly amazing! It is exactly as it is stated in the owners write up. It was stocked with all the essentials plus more to make your stay as comfortable and at home as possible. The location is perfect and the views were great too. I would most definitely come back to this same condo unit😄

Excellent Hilton Head Vacation rental!!!

The property is just as advertised. Condo has everything you need and more. The place was the cleanest VRBO we have ever rented, and the host was the most communicative. She really was the best and checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well. The shower in the extra bedroom is a bit small but fine for kids and smaller adults. However, that is the only thing we would change about the space. Highly recommend this condo and this owner to everyone!!! If you drive a big truck or suv, you won’t be allowed to park in the garage but decent parking is nearby. Just an FYI because we didn’t see the sign and got a warning notice. Thanks again, Judy!!!

A 10+ star rating

Judy's condo is even better than the description and photos. Look no further. There is a beautiful view of the ocean thru the living room and master bedroom. All of the furniture and bedding is very comfortable, not like every condo we have stayed in. And in the living room there are plenty of seating arrangements that are comfortable. The kitchen has top of the line appliances, and has every cooking utensil imaginable. if you can't find something just keep looking, it's there! The bathrooms are up to date and a nice size. Judy even has magnifying mirrors to help those of us with our makeup. The towels are plentiful and soft. There is a beach cart, 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas, along with many beach towels. This saves you the cost of renting or hauling beach items by hand. For kids there are beach toys too. And perhaps most importantly, Judy is the owner. We find these are always the best rentals because responses are very prompt. No waiting to deal with another agency. And last but not least, this condo is spotless. No overbearing cleaning perfume scents, just refreshingly clean. We have recommended Judy's lovely condo to all of our friends. it is a top notch condo, and Judy is a fantastic owner to work with!!
