When you stay with HH Island Rentals, your arrival is completely hassle free—no keys or parking passes to pick up. Our homes feature electronic smart locks, giving you secure, 24 hour access whenever you arrive. If parking passes are required, they’ll be waiting for you inside the home.



Whether you’re driving or flying in, there’s no need to pack bulky beach gear. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach cart to make trips to the shore effortless.



Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered. Pack n plays and highchairs are available at no additional cost, simply upon request.

The open-concept main level is the heart of the home. A bright, fully remodeled chef's kitchen features stone countertops, white shaker cabinets, a navy subway-tile backsplash, stainless appliances, and a pendant-lit breakfast bar — fully stocked and ready for everything from quick beach snacks to a low-country boil. The dining table seats six, and the adjoining living room offers plush sofas, a smart TV, and sliding glass doors that open straight onto your lagoon-view deck with patio seating and a grill.



With one bedroom on the main floor and the other two upstairs, each bedroom is thoughtfully styled and the bathrooms updated:



Primary suite — queen bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite with walk in shower.

Bedroom 2 — king bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite with tub/shower combo

Bedroom 3 — queen bed, twin bunk beds, smart TV, and easy access to a shared full bath

Located in Hilton Head’s desirable South Forest Beach area, this villa is just a 10-minute walk to the beach and about a 15-minute walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Lowcountry Celebration Park and Coligny Beach Park are also nearby, offering perfect spots for family fun and relaxation.



The Ocean Breeze/Treetops complex features three seasonal pools (open April 1–October 31), tennis courts, bike racks, and complimentary on-site parking (parking permits required Memorial Day–Labor Day).
