Experience the ultimate in oceanfront luxury with this beautifully renovated villa just steps from the beach, community pool, restaurants, and shops in Coligny Plaza. Whip up breakfast in a kitchen featuring sleek granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and premium stainless appliances. Retreat to the primary queen suite, while the kids enjoy the cozy, built-in hallway bunks. A new queen sleeper sofa ensures room for everyone. This villa has been upgraded with smooth ceilings, new AC, new doors, fresh flooring, and a spa-like new bathroom.

This first floor retreat offers a gated entry & elevators in a complex ideal for those who want to enjoy the best of both worlds - a peaceful retreat with unbeatable proximity to the beach and the shops/restaurants of Coligny Plaza.

The villa is located in the Sea Side Villa complex with gated parking available to property guests. To ensure that all guests have a safe and relaxing stay, there are two new rules for Sea Side Villas guests in 2026.

1) Smoking and Vaping is only permitted in the designated area near the garbage dumpster in the front of the building. Smoking and Vaping are not permitted on the balcony.

2) The charging of E-Bikes and E-Cars is not permitted on the property. Sea Side Villa will charge a $500 fine for violations.

Great vacation place

We had such a great time at Hilton Head. The apartment is small but very clean and there is everything what you need. The beach is so close! And you can see ocean from the balcony.

The condo was exactly the same in photos. Location to beach was excellent and within walking distance to Coligny park and plenty of things to see, shop, eat and do outside. The twin beds were surprisingly comfortable as well as queen bed. Only complaint was the bed was skimpy on blankets, host had two delivered next day and we slept better.

HHI family stay

Clean condo, great beach access, check in was super easy, simple guidelines for checkout too. Enough towels for all of us, if I had to be picky I’d say maybe one or two extra rolls of toilet paper otherwise it was a great fit for our group and an enjoyable, relaxed stay. Heard back from the manager when I needed too and it was Easter. I think they have a great thing going in an amazing spot!

The Best Location!

My husband and I loved staying in this property!! Right on the beach, super close to Coligny, quick drive to Sea Pines, you really can’t ask for more location-wise! The condo itself was great, small but we didn’t need much space since it was just the two of us! The patio was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning, bathroom was a great size, and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay in this condo again! Thank you for a great trip!

Both my wife/I had a great stay & the location was wonderful, beachfront. Small facility but great for two people. The only issue we had was figuring out 'how' to use the cable TV, however, we finally figured it out. W will consider using it again.Chris G. Laughter

5 day trip

I loved this place because of its location. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Only reason for 4 stars is the sliding door needs to be replaced. Lock was broke and screen door non functional. Shower hot water was not right. But the extras left such as dish soap, extra towels, kitchen supplies was well equipped.
