This beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo is just a 1-minute walk from the beach and the largest pool on Hilton Head Island. Located in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort it has activities a plenty with 8 tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, an onsite tennis pro for lessons, fitness center, corn hole, basketball, racquetball, a playground, catch and release fishing, bike rentals, a beach volleyball court, walking trails, and wildlife viewing. The resort also offers Coconutz Sports Bar with a full dinner menu, Gatorz pizza, open seasonally, Jamaica Joez Beach Bar with a full lunch menu, and Jamaica Monz Ice Cream Hut.



Nearby are golf courses, water sports rentals, shopping, miniature golf, art galleries, theater, great restaurants and so much more.



This condo is located on the second floor with elevator access nearby. There is a fully equipped kitchenette including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. With a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper, and a set of child size bunks in the hall this is the perfect size for a couple or small family (max occupancy of 6). Enjoy ocean views right from your furnished balcony. Free Wi-fi is included and coin laundry is in the building. Parking is unassigned and there is an additional $35 parking fee for more than 1 vehicle. First vehicle is included in your reservation. Linens are supplied except for beach/pool towels.

Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island without a car. Bike riding on the beach is also a plus. Breeze bus stop in front of resort. Free trolly during summer months.

Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

This is the second year in a row we stayed at this resort, first time in this room. Location is great, you walk through the parking lot, youre at the beach. Its perfect for a family stay. Its quiet and there's security that roams which is nice. We'll be back!

A few small issues at the beginning that were immediately taken care of. Property owner and property manager were responsive, friendly, and helpful. Resort had wonderful pool, easy beach access and several restaurant options within the gates. Neighbors were quiet and friendly.

convenient

this property was convenient for us as it was a last minute booking. bedroom is cramped and night tables were small and wobbly. would only recommend bunk beds for children 3-12 as they too are small. you have to close the bathroom door just to wash your hands. otherwise it was fine and maintenance came quickly when i callled about the toilet bolts being loose. complex property has nice pool and space.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful place, the pictures don’t do it justice. I loved all the artwork and beach details. There were wonderfully thoughtful extras such as extra pillows, blankets, and towels which we appreciated. Christine, the property manager, was super responsive which was great as this was our first time booking at VRBO. The location was amazing - close to the beach, pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Even though it rained during most of our stay, we slept comfortably and had a great time.
