Wake up to ocean views in this freshly renovated 1BR/1BA beach condo (April 2025) with breezy, coastal vibes throughout. Whip up meals in the all-new kitchen with stainless appliances and everything you need. Sleep tight with a queen bed and built-in bunks for the kids, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The modern stand-up shower makes cleanup after the beach a breeze. Steps from the sand and ready for fun—your beach escape awaits!


Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park


Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.


As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!


Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
