This beautifully decorated second-floor villa is 518 sq feet and is located in Sea Side Villas 1, a gated, oceanfront complex. It is designated non-smoking for your comfort and comes fully equipped with 2 complimentary beach cruisers, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience and entertainment. This Sea Side complex features a relaxing, oceanfront sundeck, swing, pool, washer and dryers on each floor, elevator access, and secure covered parking. The cozy bedroom features a brand NEW comfy, queen size bed with HDTV. The ocean waves can be heard from the charming living/dining area. There is a comfortable, NEW sofa bed and entertainment center with its HDTV & DVD player in the living area too. Additionally, two built-in bunk beds, which are ideal for younger children (13-), help conveniently accommodate small families. The fully stocked, functional kitchen includes range, microwave, dishwasher, and full accommodations. Relax at the most beautiful beach on the East Coast, or play the challenging golf courses while enjoying this oceanfront complex. We had a great stay! The location was so close to the beach, view of the ocean and complimentary bikes were amazing! We loved walking to the Tiki Hut, they had amazing drinks and live music. Erin was so friendly and quick to respond!

Perfect place for RBC Heritage week

Overall my family had a great stay and time in HHI. The place was exactly as listed and walking distance to everything we needed. The beach was perfect!

Wonderful condo

Loved the condo. It had everything we needed and the location was great. Loved the use of the bikes and the owners were excellent and fast in responding to all communications. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. The view was exceptional, as was the deck to enjoy it on. The bikes were a huge plus, and it was so fun riding up and down the beach. Great beach access, perfect location, walkable to Coligny Plaza with many restaurants and shops. Would gladly stay here again!!

Anniversary on the Beach

Our 20th wedding anniversary was very special as we celebrated at this beautiful location on the beach. The hosts made it extra special by surprising us with a card, bottle of wine and dessert. Waking up to the spectacular view of the ocean was amazing. The accommodations were wonderful.

We enjoyed the ocean, sand, Coligny Plaza, an alligator cruse, dolphin excursion and Hilton Head Ocean museum, riding bikes, Harbour Town and much more. Made many memories.

Great place!

We only had a couple days in Hilton Head but this place was great! The view from the balcony was beautiful and we loved the beach. Did lots of walking on the beach and enjoyed the chairs and umbrella. We also took the bikes for a short 3 mile ride to see a little more of the island and they were great, easy riding bikes. Swam in the pool and it was very nice. Love the place and bed was pretty comfy. Kitchen was small but nice and loved having the ice trays to fill up beach cooler. Would stay here again!

Fantastic!

Wonderful stay, awesome location. Just what my wife and I were looking for. Great view of the ocean from the condo. Superb communications from the owner. Literature was awaiting us concerning the area. The bikes provided were great and were used numerous times during our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to be back someday.

HHI Delight

I always try to find a condo with a good view. This condo has a fabulous view from the balcony and is convenient to some great restaurants, local park, and bike trails. Bonus feature of rabbits and deer to watch from the property swing and deck if you are an animal lover. We have stayed in Seaside Villas several times and this is my favorite unit. Enjoyed it greatly!

Perfect Getaway

This was our first VRBO experience and it was awesome! The thing that made it so great was the communication by the host. We of course had questions during check in and the host answered very quickly. The walk to the beach was less than a football field and there was a shower station right next to the gate. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable (our girls loved the bunk beds). We had a blast using the bikes! Would definitely recommend this place for a quick getaway. I hope all the Vrbo hosts are so easy to communicate with.

Awesome experience

Erin & Nick are the BEST!!! My wife and I stayed three nights on our way to Florida for the winter. Erin & Nick are very attentive to their guests. The accommodations were perfect for me and my wife. So close to the beach, cycling trails and lots of fine dinning establishments are a few blocks away. The unit was very clean and had every thing we needed. Can’t say enough good things about our stay at HHI. Highly recommended… and would stay again in a heartbeat… Thanks for making this such a memorable experience. Jon & Laurie

Hilton Head

Overall good stay. Condo is small, clean and comfortable. Good ocean view. You can prepare and eat meals in the kitchen has everything you need to do so. Great area for walking on shady paths or bike just across the street from Seaside Villas and the beach is beautiful for walking 2 minutes away. Our only complaint is the fridge was noisy cycled on and off too often. We had to put the TV volume up and down while the fridge cycled on and off. Other than that was a good two weeks.

Perfect!

We loved the property, it was perfect! The listing was exactly what was there, very clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and so close to the beach and access to Hilton Head Island! The bikes were a bonus and we had so much fun biking around town and cruising the beach! The furnishings were very nice and comfortable, the mattress was super comfy, and all linens were new and clean. All amenities advertised were there and easy to access. The host was exceptional, kind, helpful and accommodating. It was a great experience, and we were thrilled with our stay and the condo, the location could not have been better! Fans of Seaside Villas

Our second stay at the Seaside Villas condo complex. (Different units.) Condos are compact but clean, well equipped and very well located. Check-in process is clunky, but hey! Owners were very responsive. Couldn’t have been better. There was an emergency water outage one day and a power outage one night and they kept us up to date on developments. Son and 2-year-old granddaughter joined us for the first three nights. We all managed quite well.

First Family Ocean Vacation

My husband and I took our daughters (7) and (4) to their first ocean vacation and rented this condo. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. First, the location was 100% perfect for us. Literally steps to the beach, easy access, easy access to showers, Coligny took about 15 mins to walk or 8 mins to ride on the beach. The complex isn’t super fancy but nice enough. Which we appreciated. With young kids sometimes the upper scale places are just uncomfortable. This felt a lot like being at home. On the older side, but very well maintained and clean. The pool was perfect. Having access to bikes and chairs was amazing. We appreciated not having to haul all the extra stuff from Ohio or navigate having to rent stuff. At this price it was truly a diamond of a rental and I recommend it to anyone who has a small young family that wants to enjoy the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
