Recently Renovated 2BR Beachwalk Unit
- Beachwalk condominiums are located within the gated community of Shipyard, a private residential and resort community. Unit 127 is a short 5 minute walk to Hilton Head's famous beach & shoreline, the Van der Meer Tennis Center and the Sonesta Resort. The villa has an open floor plan and features a King in the main bedroom, 1 Queen and 1 Twin in the guest BR plus a sleeper sofa in the living room - could comfortably sleep 7. This unit was completely renovated in October/November of 2022 and includes a walk in shower in the main bathroom, an electric fireplace, all new flooring throughout, fresh paint and new tile, lighting & woodwork, 3 TVs (Living Room and each bedroom) plus several other decorative features. A spacious deck overlooking the pool is scheduled for replacement in May of 2023. A gas grill is located just off the deck. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play. Just beyond the Shipyard gate, vacationers find a wide selection of other golf courses, restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages at Coligny Plaza and the new "Low Country Celebration Park" in that same area. Free wi-fi is also included.
