Mother daughter weekend

Wonderful location, very clean, cozy and comfortable living space with comfortable beds. Perfect for three adults and our chihuahuas that we did not want to leave at home. Just wish our trip had been a day longer so that we had time to use the pool. Will definitely stay here again. Love Hilton Head Island.

Tucked away for a reset

This location was great to allow me and my friend to disconnect & reset for the new year. Location was great. Food options in the area are superb and tucked away from my norm. I loved it!

How wonderful!!!

WOW! great location, perfect little place for us to spend a couple days for a wedding, our dogs were welcomed and the place has everything you need, appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils, was so great to save a few bucks and cook here. listing mentions pullout sofa, but we could not find it, had to grab and air mattress for the kids, but was a great stay, we will be back! Tony, Tracey, and family

The pictures were exactly like the actual property. The rooms were all clean upon our arrival, there were plenty of supplies on hand for bathing, cooking, and hanging out at the beach. We really liked the layout with a dining area and a separate living area in the back. The location is great to get anywhere around the island, it feels like you are 15 minutes to anything. There were plenty of food and store options right around the corner. The owner was quick to respond to an inquiry, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clearly communicated. Loved having two assigned parking spaces right outside the door. This was a great value for the area and would stay here again.

Gorks trip to HHI

Three generations of ladies enjoyed this stay very much. We actually extended our stay 2 days and the host could not have been more gracious. I highly recommend and will stay again!

We booked this property through Expedia, where it was listed as a Vrbo partner property. The listing stated that check-in instructions would be sent three days before arrival, but we never received them. On the day of check-in, I confirmed our reservation appeared in both my Expedia and Vrbo trip itineraries. However, Vrbo's AI assistant couldn't verify the reservation or provide any check-in information. I called Expedia, who directed me to Vrbo customer support. Vrbo then contacted the host, and only after that did we receive the check-in instructions. The lack of communication made the experience stressful, as we were concerned we might drive all the way there without being able to access the property. Once we arrived, we found several issues. The internet wasn't working, one of the upstairs bedroom TVs didn't work, the second-floor toilet was very difficult to flush, the toilet paper holder was loose and falling off the wall, and the toilet paper looked like it had gotten wet and dried before being left for guests. As an odd detail, every piece of the decorative fake fruit on the dining table had bite marks in it. Overall, the stressful check-in process and the property's condition made this a disappointing stay. Our family will choose a different place to stay on future visits.
