Stunning Direct Seaside Villas Oceanfront Villa! Walk to shopping and dining!
- Recently renovated and nicely decorated, this Oceanfront Villa offers a spectacular direct oceanfront view of the Atlantic Ocean! No parking lot in sight. No other building in sight.
The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dinette for indoor dining. The living area has a queen sized sofa with HD TV and DVD. In the bedroom there is a king size bed with HD Smart TV and DVD. High speed Internet is provided. The balcony is off the bedroom on the oceanfront side of the villa where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views of and sounds of the ocean. Unlike most units, this villa has central AC which offers consistent comfort throughout. We are walking distance up the beach to Coligny Plaza shopping and restaurants. Additional amenities include an on-site pool, outside showers for residents and guests and grilling areas.
