The living area is also newly furnished featuring a relaxing, power reclining sofa that creates a cozy place to unwind while staying closely connected to the natural beauty just outside.     The kitchen has been elegantly updated with coastal colors, premium tile accents, quartz countertops, all new stainless-steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with an in-door ice and water distributer as well as a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. No details have been spared - the unit has a complete renovation design that intentionally creates an open, functional and stylish space for preparing meals, drinks or a quick snack to enjoy on the balcony.
