Cozy 2 Bedroom King Beds/2 Bathroom Townhouse with Sunny Golf Views Sleeps 4

HILTON HEAD ISLAND. With these accommodations you can enjoy free on-site tennis. Select from expansive 2 and 3-bedroom, single-story or townhouse floor plans. Located on the Fazio golf course in Palmetto Dunes, all villas have deck areas that offer engaging golf course and/or lagoon views. A community pool and kids' pool are also available for the enjoyment of Inverness guests.

This sunny, bright, golf villa is located right on the Fazio golf course with views out every window. It is in a quiet end cul-de-sac, steps from 3 clay tennis courts, private Inverness pool, and the beach access being a short mile away.

When you enter this lovely townhome the first thing you will see is the huge golf course views! The entire back wall along the open plan living and dining is glass sliders and window leading to a large deck. The living room has a sofa and love seat and 55’’ TV with Bluetooth sound bar able to communicate with smart phones, laptops, or tablets. The dining room seats six and is open to the kitchen. The bright kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances and new washer and dryer. The guest bedroom on the first floor has all new king furniture, bedding, TV, and overlooks the front of the property and shares the hall bath.

Upstairs the main bedroom has all new king furniture, bedding and TV with a private bathroom and overlooks the golf course! This home has been fully renovated and is ready to greet you on your next vacation.

*Parking is limited to two assigned parking spots. We are not able to order more than two parking passes per reservation.

*Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.

Hilton Head

Great location, especially if you like to watch golfers. Close to everything you may need or want. Everyone was very pleasant to work with including the gate person, who was very helpful. Would stay here again for sure.
