Your vacation will be special in this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse style villa in The Greens community in Shipyard.
After a few steps, you will enter Greens 168 and find a spacious open floor plan. The kitchen opens to the dining area and the living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials. Past the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6 and the living room with a flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door will take you out to the shaded deck featuring a landscaped golf view. This main level also has a half bath.
The upper level has 1 bedroom and a full bath. The master bedroom has a king bed.
The Greens are set only a short walk from the beach, featuring an on-site pool. Shipyard also gives the guest access to golf and Van der Meer tennis is across the street.
Entry/parking pass is required for each vehicle- Limit 1 vehicle.
Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere, and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants, and top activities.

Being biased, I love HHI! I have been coming here for 36 years. The Shipyards condo had everything that was needed to relax and centrally located for on and off island events. It was modern and clean and ready for check in.Quiet and the pool was clean and right across from the front door.. Rental company was quick and easy to walk through any problems. I have stayed in Shipyards many times. The Greens and Beachwalk are two favorite areas.

Cute, tidy and clean townhome- more spacious than appears in pictures. Steps to the pool and a few minute bike ride to the beach. Property company was prompt and responsive. Thank you for lovely stay after a last minute cancellation from a property we had booked through another company.
