HILTON HEAD. This charming villa is just a short walk to the famous white sand beaches and Palmetto Dunes golf courses.

The living room is decorated in gorgeous coastal tones with comfortable furnishings and lots of natural light. The dining space has plenty of seating and flows seamlessly into the gorgeous kitchen. The oversized kitchen counter seats 3 at the bar. The gorgeous bright kitchen will be a dream to cook in, with updated appliances, plenty of counter space and open plan.
The first bedroom, located downstairs, has a king-swing bed, TV, and large walk-in shower.

The second level features a small loft with queen size sleeper sofa. The guest suite has 2 double beds, TV, desk, and a private bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combo.

This gorgeous condo will be the perfect stay for your next family getaway!

**Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.

Perfect!

Everything about this unit is perfection - excellent location just across the street from beach access, beautiful decor (it looks like it was renovated right before our stay), and great lay-out for a family of four like us. Every detail of this stunning condo has been carefully thought out. It was our first time staying in Palmetto Dunes in many years of traveling to HHI and now we won’t stay anywhere else.

Everything was great, except very disappointing the air conditioning was based on outside temperature!! We were there when it was “ unseasonably “ warm, and the unit was VERY uncomfortable:(

Best part of our stay is the location to the beach. Beach access path right across from our front door. this is our 3rd time in this particular villa. Been to HHI many times. The villa's master bath could use an update to the tub. You have to lift your legs up and over to get in.. Anyone who is real elderly may have a hard time.

Great location and comfortable.

We were comfortable here but the condo needs some updates. Still had a Christmas mat in the kitchen and no mats at the doors. Baths functional but need updates. Some furnishings and lighting need refresh to brighten it up.
