True DIRECT Oceanfront - Admiral's Row 305 - Right on the Beach! Best View!

Our villa, AR305, is ideally located directly on the beachfront on the 3rd floor in the much sought after Admiral's Row section of the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Club. The balcony of our Villa overlooks the beach. Only a very small number of other villas share such a unique location. Most Villas that are listed as 'Ocean View' are a much greater distance from the beach.

The special location of our Admirals Row Beachfront Villa creates an exclusive feeling of an oceanfront setting situated apart from everything else.

Our villa includes a great beach view from the balcony, lounge, and dining area. It has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, a bedroom with a TV and a queen bed, and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. The dining area seats 4 comfortably. Our unit features free wireless internet, smoke detectors, and two HDTV's. We provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use. We provide towels and linens, but bring your own beach towels.

Our building features an elevator, 2 staircases, an access ramp, parking, beach access, central smoke detectors, a non-sprinklered fire alarm system and 24 hour security, 7 days a week.

Our resort includes free tennis, pickleball, and use of the fitness center.
On site there are 3 restaurants - a sports bar (Coconutz), a pizza restaurant (Gator'z Pizza), and a casual beach bar (Jamaica Joe'z) by the pool overlooking the beach.
There is a small pool beside our Admiral's Row building as well as another very large pool on the North side of the complex with a kiddie pool beside it. There you will also find lots of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, a sun deck, a shaded sitting area, beach volleyball and organized activities in season.

Bikes can be rented on site by the security gate and there are bike racks located on both sides of Admiral's Row. Bike and walking paths covering the whole island start at the entrance to our resort. You can also bike or walk for miles along the beach in either direction.

Charcoal grills and picnic tables are located around the resort with the closest being a few steps away on the north side of the building. There are more beside the children's playground which is a great place for a large gathering. The children can play on the playground equipment and the adults can watch them while visiting with each other and cooking up some hot dogs and hamburgers.

Great Week

We had a great time at AR305. The unit was clean and comfortable. We’ve visited HHBT a number of times and lived on the Island for several years. The north end is relatively quiet and is our preferred location.

Great Thanksgiving

The property is older, but very well kept. We enjoyed our annual trip to HHI, although this time was on the quieter side. Based on a suggestion from the owner, we reserved and rented bikes from the onsite hut and would do it again if we had the opportunity. If you want to be close to the water, this is the perfect choice.to be close

Cozy villa with excellent ocean view!

This was a perfect place to stay for Thanksgiving weekend with family right down beach at Marriott Surf-Watch. The villa had everything you could need (especially in the kitchen) and the bed was so comfortable. The sunrise view on the patio is worth waking early for. I hope to come back for another stay in the future.

Best front row condo on beach!

This 3rd floor condo has the best front row beach view and access including balcony with table and chairs. It has everything needed to stay for days, full kitchen, great living area with chairs and sofa that makes into a bed (if necessary) along with large TV, large updated shower in bathroom, plenty of storage, comfortable bedroom.

Adults only. Enjoyed the jazz corner. Must make reservations. If have kids then I recommend going on the shrimp boat trip. It is fun and educational and you may be bringing shrimp home to eat so bring a small cooler in your car.

Excellent location, responsive host

Great location right on the beach. We enjoyed the ocean front view from the room and the balcony. It was easy to take a short walk downstairs and across the boardwalk and be able to take long walks, 2 miles one way and about 1 mile the other, along the beach. Be aware the tide moves a long distance up and down so at high tide there's not much beach.Condo is well equipped, both the kitchen and beach accessories (nice beach chairs, umbrella if it's not too windy). Nice touches like good lighting, plenty of hooks and drawers for storing clothing. Bathroom had places to put your things out of the way so it doesn't have to sit out. Also some grilling tools if you want to grill at the community grilling locations.The resort has a couple restaurants, one of which serves food until around 10 pm if you arrive late like we did. Parking is easy.The host was very responsive when we had a minor problem and got it resolved quickly.

The Condo has a beautiful setting on the 3rd floor over looking the Atlantic Ocean. Sunrises were beyond beautiful. The condo is nicely decorated, just a little dated. We loved our 3 days with nice long walks on the beach. We had a beautiful New Year’s Day BBQ dinner with our daughter and boyfriend who were staying in another unit in the same building. The Charcoal BBQ’s on site were a nice addition. We immensely enjoyed our dinner with the dusk settling in, with the sound of the waves and fresh air on the balcony. I’d also like to personally thank the owners, Patricia and Ian for letting us check out after lunch on the 2 Jan as our car was in the shop getting repaired. Thanks!🤓

HHI Stay

The property was very cute and bright. The view was spectacular! Ian was very attentive any very easy to work with. I really appreciated his flexibility when we needed to shift our reservations by one day. The woman who checked us in upon arrival was extremely rude. Not at all welcoming or helpful. It didn’t have anything to do with Ian or the condo but she gave a terrible first impression of the community itself. Everyone else we encountered while there were wonderful though!

HH Tennis and Beach Club Oceanfront

Everything you see in the VRBO pictures is completely accurate. This is a smaller 1 bedroom unit with a perfect oceanfront view. You are literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. The unit is well appointed with everything you need. The bathroom is modernized with a large walk-in shower. The kitchen has plenty of counter space. Not a big fan of the smaller refrigerator, but it works and it gives you more room. My wife suggests that the living room TV be mounted on the wall and the large TV stand be eliminated and replaced with 2 small club chairs and a table in the middle. You can't beat the location as you are mid island and half way to any restaurant. Thank you Ian for such attention to detail. A very nice unit. Well done.

It was worth the money just to get an owner like Ian Budd who cares enough about your stay to go the extra mile to give you a TON of information about your surroundings! Places to go, things to do and to educate so you will not unknowingly disrespect the nature of your surroundings like the Loggerhead Sea Turtles. Although I would add to great breakfast places The French Bakery! WOW! We saw and ate at most of the places he listed and they were everything he said they were and more. Didn’t get to experience the Jazz Corner. It was on our list month before our visit but did not know you really need a reservation for that place well in advance!! The only thing I have to add is I was not wheelchair bound when I made these reservations but since have become so and this place was only just qualifying as wheelchair accessible. Tiny elevator and corridors….just barely navigable. If I could not stand to take a shower I would not have gotten one. This place was a tiny house size. (540sq.ft.) But it was manageable if you have help. AND WELL WORTH IT FOR THE VIEW ALONE! We were able to negotiate the boardwalk down to the beach without the use of a beach wheelchair…and it really was a very short walk to the ocean.
