Updated 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Home in Palmetto Dunes Steps Away from the Beach

HILTON HEAD ISLAND. The beach is just steps away from this charming, newly renovated home. The living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat and 2 upholstered chairs with a flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player. On the built-in bookshelves you will find an I-pod docking station to listen to your favorite music while you overlook the pool. Just off the living room is a dining area that seats six. The dining room is open to a bright spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast table for six. The kitchen leads to a cozy carolina room with sleeper sofa, two comfortable chairs and a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower off the main living space.

The first bedroom has two queen beds with a flat screen TV/DVD. The second bedroom features a queen bed with flat screen TV/DVD. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. The master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bath with soaker tub and separate shower. You can access the pool area from this bedroom as well. The pool area features a nice deck for lounging with plenty of seating and a gas grill. Located fourth row in Palmetto Dunes, this Hilton Head Island home is sure to please!

Guests are five minutes from golf!

Amazing property close to the beach!

We loved staying at this property. We usually prefer beach front homes, but we gave this 3rd row home a try. We are so glad that we did. The beach was very close with a concrete walk way to get to the beach. Also the pool was very nice, and shaded. So after being in the sun for so long it was great to come back to the house to relax in the pool with shade! The house is in great shape, and the bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect for our group. The kitchen has ample space to do everything that you need to do. We loved the area as it was close to many conveniences but also right on top of the beach. If you like to golf you will love the courses in the complex. Overall we would highly recommend this home and also renting from Island Getaway!! They were great to work with!

I cannot day enough about our vacation house and using Island Getaway as our booking company. Everything exceeded my expectations. The property was wonderful. The amenities were fantastic and we were not without anything as soon as we arrived. The booking, transaction, and instructions along with the app were all easy and very informative. Customer service was second to none. I highly recommend Island Getaway and will be using them to book our next family vacation memory.
