Updated Luxury Hilton Head Villa at Ocean Palms

Luxury villa located in Port Royal's Ocean Palms community on a small lagoon, with views of the eighth fairway of the Port Royal Barony Golf Course. The villa has a spacious floor plan with high ceilings in 1350 square feet along with jacuzzi soaking tubs in each bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen. A private screened-in porch gives wonderful views of the lagoon and golf course where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Note: Due to the coronavirus pandemic, cleaning protocols have been enhanced and the cleaning contractor has taken the following steps:

· Sanitizing vehicles and laundry facility via electrostatic fogging, several times each day
· Cleaning linens and terry at the manufacturer’s highest recommended temperature
· Cleaning staff are wearing gloves and masks and dispose after each unit to prevent
potential cross contamination
· Using new cleaning cloths for each villa
· Sanitizing all surfaces with an aerosol prior to the cleaning process
· Sanitizing all high-touch areas, such as doorknobs, remote controls, handles, light
switches, lamps, faucets, counters and appliances with chemicals recommended by
the CDC
· Sanitizing commodes, showers, and bathroom sinks with bleach, after cleaning
· After the villa has been completely cleaned, staff works backward to re-sanitize all
high-touch areas on the way out, ensuring all areas he or she touched are properly
disinfected for the arriving owner

As a result of the additional disinfecting protocols, you will see a slight increase in the amount due upon arrival for Villa Services, Check-in, Administration, Cleaning and Taxes.

Included in your package is 18 holes of golf for four players each day for cart fee only at any of the Port Royal or Shipyard championship courses; one hour of free tennis at the Port Royal Racquet Club located directly across from the villa's entrance. Access to the sandy beaches of Hilton Head is a short 500 yard walk or use the Westin's complimentary shuttle. In addition, there are miles of trails for walking, jogging or biking.

In the master bedroom you have a king bed with adjoining master bath, with jacuzzi soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be made up in a king configuration if requested with an adjoining bath with jacuzzi soaking tub/shower combination. The couch folds out into a double bed.

Note: Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday. We will try to accommodate other request, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.



The check-in for this villa is at the Westin Resort Hotel who will collect an administrative and cleaning fee of $270.98 During your stay, if anything is not working properly, please contact the Westin Resort. Thank you for considering our villa.
