This lovely 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, single level home offers

eat-in kitchen with Island, and Private Pool (can be heated
for a fee). 4 Flat Screen TV's and a fabulous floor plan. This
home is ideal for avid golfers and beach lovers alike, with less
than a 10 minute walk to the beach!

Guests of 28 Wagon Road can enjoy all of the activities that
Sea Pines has to offer including access to the Sea Pines
Beach Club via the FREE Sea Pines Trolley or just walk/bike
to the Beach! Bike to the Harbour Town Marina & visit
the Candy Striped Lighthouse, or visit the South Beach
Marina, home of the Salty Dog Cafe. Be sure to explore
the miles of bike paths that wind their way throughout
